“…Thus, belated education, economic problems, language problem, exclusion and discrimination, accommodation, transportation, low participation in socialization activities, insufficient household conditions, cultural ghettoization, findings on future anxiety that were detected in this study concerning Syrian students were similar to findings in other national and international studies by Akkaya et al, (2018);El-Ghali and Al-Hawamdeh, (2017);; Erdoğan et al, (2017); Gül and Şaşman Kaylı, (2020); Hohberger, (2018); Kamyab, (2017); Sağır and Aydın, (2020); Watenpaugh et al, (2014a); Yavcan and El-Ghali, (2017), and Zavalsız and Gündağ (2017). On the other hand, certain level of satisfaction with academic and administrative personnel, positive attitudes of Syrians in friendship relations, migration findings based on geographical and cultural proximity matched findings of studies conducted by Erdoğan et al, (2017); Özkan and Güvendir, (2015); Özoğlu et al, (2012); and Usta et al (2017). Results of this study confirmed themes and variables put forward as conditions of successful integration by Penninx and Garcés-Mascareñas, (2016), Ager and Strang, (2008), Favell, (2001), Penninx, (2004, King and Collyer, (2016), etc.…”
