“…On the other hand the existence of agricultural extension agents and other conventional media such as radio broadcasts, television, community leaders, opinion leaders in the dissemination of agricultural information cannot be ruled out. The results suggested that the knowledge of the extension agents in utilizing IT classified as the high category, however, the behavior of the extension agents in utilizing IT still needs to be improved to be good behavior [3].
