The usage of digital technologies in the university training of future bachelors (having been based on the data of mathematical subjects)

Abstract: This article demonstrates that mathematics in the system of higher education has outgrown the status of the general education subject and should become an integral part of the professional training of future bachelors, including economists, on the basis of intersubject connection with special subjects. Such aspects as the importance of improving the scientific and methodological support of mathematical training of students by means of digital technologies are revealed. It is specified that in order to implemen… Show more

“…The article "Methodology of formation of modeling skills based on a constructive approach (on the example of GeoGebra)" [34] by Marina G. Drushlyak (figure 27), Olena V. Semenikhina, Volodymyr V. Proshkin, Serhii Ya. Kharchenko and Tetyana D. Lukashova highlights further research by the authors, begun in [3,12,19,35,47,48,197]. Author's methodology of forming modeling skills involves 4 steps: Step 1 -the teacher step by step constructs the curve by means of cloud based service GeoGebra; Step 2 -the teacher offers a description-definition of the curve and provides a ready-made algorithm by which students model the curve independently in GeoGebra; Step 3 -the teacher offers an algorithm for constructing a curve model, and students need to characterize the properties of the curve or give its definition based on the results, Step 4 -students are offered definitions of curves that they have to model in GeoGebra).…”
