The Minangkabau community has a very strong traditional philosophy. This philosophy usually explains the way of life and how to socialize with other people. This then led to the emergence of a government system that is also unique to the Minangkabaum community, namely the Nagari government system that follows the Minangkabau traditional philosophy. This research will be conducted with the aim of being able to see how the implementation of the Nagari government in the Minangkabau community, as well as the various factors that influence it. The approach in this study will use a qualitative approach. The data used are obtained from various previous research results which are considered to still have relevance to this study. The results of this study found that there are 3 pillars in the nagari government called "Tigo Tungku Sajarangan Tali Tigo Sapilin". These three pillars are then supported by the Nagari Customary Density (KAN) and the Nagari Consultative Body (BPRN). In carrying out his life, many petitih petatahs are followed by the Minangkabau community. However, the most well-known petitih petatah is "adat basandi syarak, syarak basandi kitabullah, syarak mangato, adat mamakai".Keywords: Nagari, Minangkabau, Customary Philosophy. AbstrakKomunitas Minangkabau memiliki falsafah adat yang sanga kuat. Falsafah ini biasanya menjelaskan mengenai jalan hidup serta bagaimana caranya bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat sesamanya. Hal ini kemudian menyebabkan munculnya sistem pemerintahan yang juga unik bagi komunitas Minangkabau, yaitu sistem pemerintahan Nagari yang mengikuti falsafah adat Minangkabau. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk dapat melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan dari pemerintahan Nagari di komunitas Minangkabau, serta berbagai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari berbagai hasil penelitian terdahulu yang dianggap masih memiliki relevansi dengan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat adanya 3 pilar dalam pemerintahan nagari yang disebut dengan “Tigo Tungku Sajarangan Tali Tigo Sapilin”. Ketiga pilar ini kemudian didukung oleh Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) dan Badan Permusyawaratan Nagari (BPRN). Dalam menjalankan hidupnya, banyak sekali petatah petitih yang diikuti oleh komunitas Minangkabau. Namun petatah petitih yang paling dikenal adalah “adat basandi syarak, syarak basandi kitabullah, syarak mangato, adat mamakai”.Kata kunci: Nagari, Minangkabau, Falsafah Adat.

The flow of globalization and cultural acculturation on the one hand has an impact on the character of the generation of a nation, therefore local wisdom, participation of community leaders in creating a generation that is able to maintain a good local culture is highly expected. In line with that, this study aims to discuss the shape of the impact of Sumbang on Adolescent Girls, Tungku Tigo Sajarangan's Efforts in Educating Teens Through the Sumbang Duo Baleh Donation Custom, and how effective Tungku Tigo Sajarangan's efforts in Educating Teenagers Morals are through the Duo Baleh Donation Custom. The method used is a qualitative research method, which is also known as Naturalistic research. The primary data sources are ninik mamak, out-of-pocket clever, pious ulama and youth in Nagari Sungai Buluah. While the data collection technique uses observation, interviews and FGD with analytical techniques using interactive qualitative model analysis techniques (Interactive Model of Analysis). The results of the study indicate that the form of the impact of discord on adolescent girls is the fall of their identity as Minangkabau women, Mudarnyo Raso Jo Pareso, the erosion of Minang customary values. The efforts of Tungku Tigo Sajarangan in educating youth morals are carried out in various forms, such as giving warnings and traditional sanctions, conducting socialization in various places and activities, establishing cooperation between institutions, forming youth Wirid activities, holding traditional activities.

With the theme of web-based photography gallery, this study aims at collecting and centralising scattered data on local wisdom in Palembang and Surakarta. With both having long history in their existence, Palembang and Surakarta are home to many and various cultural heritage. This study tries to collect information about these and centralise them into a valid, practical and effective photography gallery that will help with students' learning. This is because in developing a medium like this, not only can it be a way of preserving cultural heritage, the end result of collected data and information can be a rich, interesting source of learning materials. All the steps taken in this study all lead to the main objective mentioned earlier, collecting and centralising historical photos of Palembang and Surakarta across a span of time periods in a way that is comprehensive and interesting, especially in terms of academics or education. This study uses the ADDIE Model for its research and development process. The data is collected through individual interviews (culture practitioners, historians, local residents of Palembang and Surakarta, etc.) as well as reviewing existing websites of the same category. The end product of this research has gone through expert validation in terms of materials, media and language, and is considered valid. After that the validated product underwent one-to-one and small group evaluation to assess its practicality, effectiveness and attractiveness.
