“…The use of WhatsApp applications has many benefits that are useful as a communication tool in counseling that it can make WhatsApp groups or personal chats a place to hone knowledge face-to-face (online). Research by (Khashu et al, 2022) said that using the WhatsApp application makes it easier to chat in discussing shortcomings to get solutions from mentors or doctors. So this study has proven that the use of the WhatsApp application as a medium for delivering information in counseling is very effective to increase knowledge, especially public knowledge about alternative gout therapy in Muslim communities in Banyumas Regency.…”
