“…Mejia et al (2017) evaluated the use, knowledge and perception of the scientific contribution of Sci-Hub in medical students from Latin America, and their results indicate that majority of students are not aware of Sci-Hub. Duic et al (2017) explored the practices and attitudes of Croatian faculty related to the use of web sources in scientific papers. Although respondents of a questionnaire indicated that pirate portals like Sci-Hub are the least used, log analysis allowed to identify which scientific papers are requested in the pirate web portal Sci-Hub.…”
