Yolk sac tumour of the testis in childhood

Abstract: Despite being a rare neoplasm, yolk sac tumour is the commonest of all childhood testicular malignancies. Early detection and treatment result in an excellent prognosis. Ultrasound can play a valuable role in differentiating benign and malignant forms of testicular pathology at any age.
