Zoonotic Importance of Salmonellosis in Chickens and Humans at Qualyobia Province

Abstract: HIS study aimed to isolate and identify Salmonella spp. From human and chickens by using culture method, serotyping, antimicrobial sensitivity test and detection of virulence genes (invA, avrA, bcfC, stn).
