Abstract:ZusammenfassungDas Ziel der vorliegenden Untersuchung ist es, die Zahlungsbereitschaft der deutschen Haushalte für Medaillenerfolge zu ermitteln. Hierzu wurden 332 deutsche Haushalte eines Online-Panels unter Verwendung der Kontingenten Bewertungsmethode befragt. Demnach wären 22,9 % der Befragten bereit, für die Förderung des Spitzensports mehr Steuern zu zahlen.
