Purpose: theoretical justification, development, and approbation of individual differentiated training design of health-promoting shaping with mature age women. Material: women aged from 21-55 years (n=86) participated in the research. It was determined the initial level of their morphofunctional state and physical fitness (it was considered phases of an individual ovarian menstrual cycle). It was revealed criteria of the individual differentiated approach to the design of health-promoting shaping training (it was considered biorhythms of the female body). It was realized the nine-months macrocycle of health-promoting shaping training. The macrocycle consisted of three stages. Two programs - power and aerobic orientation are developed for training at the main stage of a macrocycle. Distribution of loads, their duration, intensity, and volume was regulated individually. It was considered the hormonal background of a female body during an ovarian menstrual cycle. Results: It is observed an increase in the level of a morphofunctional state and physical fitness of women. It is revealed statistically reliable changes of all physical development indicators, a functional state and physical fitness of women. Conclusions: The individual differentiated approach to training design of improving shaping allows to operate a morphofunctional condition of women organism more purposefully. Such an approach promotes organism adaptation to training loads. It also promotes an increase in the level of morphofunctional and physical fitness and health.
In the health-improving recreational physical culture, shaping is one of the most popular directions, and a large group of women of the first period of adulthood is engaged in it. The effective conduct of the recreational exercises shaping with women of 21-35 years requires consideration of the conjugacy of somatotype and physiological characteristics of the female body. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the method of applying exercises of various orientations in shaping activity with women 21-35 years old, based on their somatotype and phase character of a specific biological cycle. In the process of research, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis and synthesis of data from scientific and methodological literature, anthropometry, somatotyping (according to the method of M.V. Chernorutsky), functional diagnostics methods, pedagogical testing, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, statistical methods for processing materials. The research involved 48 women of the first period of mature age, which were engaged in shaping. The results of the study: in accordance with the peculiarities of the distribution of women of 21-35 years depending on their body type, the overwhelming majority of them were characterized by a normal body type. Distinctive somatotypical features of physical development, body composition, functional status, physical fitness level of women aged 21-35 years who want to be engaged in the shaping activity were identified. An individually differentiated method of improving shaping classes for women aged 21-35 years based on their somatic-type features and the phasic biorhythms of the female body has been developed. Favorable dynamics and statistical reliability of changes in indicators of morphofunctional state and physical fitness of the studied contingent engaged in the shaping activity (in comparison to each other and to initial data) were established. Conclusions: the effectiveness of individually differentiated methods of recreational shaping activity is confirmed by a statistically significant (p <0.05) improvement in almost all recorded indicators of physical, functional condition and physical fitness level of women aged 21-35 years.
Aim. The paper deals with theoretical and experimental substantiation of an individual approach to health-improving female training. Materials and methods. A specific individual orientation of training effects for women aged from 21 to 35 years was determined depending on their somatotypes: asthenic (n = 14), normosthenic (n = 18) and hypersthenic (n = 16). Individual somatotype-based health-improving training programs were implemented by 48 women during a nine-month macrocycle. The following research methods were used: anthropometric measurements, somatotyping, control and pedagogical tests, a set of biomedical methods, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. Distinctive somatotype features, body composition, functional status, physical fitness were determined in women engaged in shaping. The asthenic type is characterized by the smallest weight and height, as well as body circumference measurements, vital capacity, hand dynamometry, and body composition data. The hypersthenic type is described by the highest figures for the parameters studied. The normosthenic somatotype is distinguished by average data. Assessment of physical development, functional status and physical fitness in women demonstrated deviations from standard values for most indicators. The individualized method of developing health-improving female training programs based on somatotype characteristics provided statistically significant positive dynamics of physical development, body composition, functional status, physical fitness compared with the initial values. Conclusion. The focus of health-improving training programs for women aged from 21 to 35 years is determined based on morphofunctional and conditioning features that are specific for various somatotypes.
