Purpose: to develop an individual model of competitive activity of qualified female runners to achieve the planned sports result of 100 m. Material: for qualified athletes (n = 88), using video-computer analysis, individual characteristics of speed dynamics in running for 100m and kinematic parameters of running for different distances were recorded. The tensodynamograms of the manifestation of the strength of muscle groups carrying the main load in the structure of the sprint run of 18 short-distance runners of various qualifications were recorded and processed. Results: promising models of competitive activity in the 100m race for the planned sports result have been developed. Based on the model of a specific athlete, the main areas of work are determined, means and methods of training effects are selected. Conclusions: Practical realization of the developed model provided the necessary increase in indicators. This made it possible for female athletes (n = 8, age 19-21 years) to improve the average result in running the main distance (compared with the previous year) by 0.18 s.
Abstract. Purpose: theoretical substantiation, working out and testing of health related trainings with girl students, practicing shaping in their physical education. Material: in the research 22 girl students of pedagogic specialties participated. Experiment stipulated usage of shaping methodic, based on computer program, during academic year. Results: experimental methodic of shaping permitted to bring physical condition indicators of experimental group's girls to patterns of computer program. Analysis of the received data of body circumferential sizes did not show statistically confident distinctions from ideal patterns (р>0.05) that witness about their similarity. Results of abdomen top and bottom, torso sides and bottom of back fat folds' measurements did not confidently differ from patterns (р>0.05). The above mentioned indicators were within normal values. With it difference for 5% of significance level was registered in the tested functional indicators of girl students, comparing with initial data. After experiment systolic and diastolic BP practically approached to normal value. Heart beats rate confidently approached to normative indicators. Conclusions: application of health related shaping methodic positively reflected on physical condition and functional state of girl students. We also proved that it was possible to use computer program for composing individualized training programs.
It has been found out that in the study group both before and after training a low speed of information processing and endurance rate was registered that testifies to inertia and fast fatigue of adaptation of teen volleyball players' central nervous system. The investigation of the ratio changes in productivity and the accuracy of the mental work of teen volleyball players revealed a low level of the reliability indicator before training and an average level after training that indicates a positive effect of the performed muscular load on the dynamics of the psychophysiological characteristics of young volleyball players. An analysis of the results of productivity studies, endurance, accuracy and reliability of work capacity allowed to assess indirectly the integral functional level of the nervous system of the adolescents surveyed that was defined as the average in operational rest and in the early period of restitution. The study of the results of the test "Reactions to a moving object" demonstrates the predominance of responses to anticipation that proves the dominance of excitation processes in adolescents over inhibition showing a tendency to strike a balance after training. The examined volleyball teenagers had high quantitative indicators of mental performance that declined after training and were combined with a low and medium level of its quality. This criteria as well as reliability improved after moderate physical work. The established features of urgent adaptation of the responsible departments of the nervous system of young volleyball players should be taken into account when completing teams and managing sports activities that can be a guide for training athletes on a leading principle and it will help teen volleyball players to create the prerequisites for increasing the endurance, productivity, accuracy and reliability of the central nervous system.Prospects for further research are to study the age and gender features of adaptation of the central nervous system depending on the specific physical loads and in conjunction with the activities of other executive and regulatory systems.
AnnotationsToday, an increasing number of negative consequences are accumulating arising from the unreasonable compromises of the leveling concept in the training process. Due to these circumstances, it is more meaningful to recognize that, as the results of women move closer to the zone of sporting achievements, this approach is not only archaic, but also irrational, since it is in principle at odds with the unique specific features of the female body. All this can not but have a negative impact on the level of sporting achievements and on the health status of athletes in the range of the entire system of many years of sports training -from beginner to international sports master. The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate an innovative model of the individualization of training women in speed-strength types of athletics based on dimorphic features. The set of methods used to solve the tasks included: theoretical analysis and synthesis of data from the scientific and methodological literature; psychological and pedagogical testing, interview, pedagogical observation and experiment, modeling and forecasting, methods of statistical processing of the material obtained. Instrumental techniques were used in the work: photoelectronic timing, polydynamometry, seismic myotometry, video tape recorder, anthropometry. The results of the study. The main directions were determined and the sequence of decision-making in the individualization of training of qualified athletes was established, which represented a system of logical prerequisites that mainly determined the organization of the real preparation process. On the basis of the latter, training organization models have been developed, tested in a series of pedagogical experiments on qualified female athletes specializing in speed-strength athletics (sprint, triple jump, hammer throwing). The models include streamlining the training load within the boundaries of the preparation stages and the components of their mesocycles, as well as rational ways of combining the latter into a single system, taking into account the specifics of the type of athletics, the training period, the qualification of the athlete and the inherent individuality.Findings. The implementation of the developed models in the practice of training qualified athletes specializing in speed-strength types of athletics, showed their high productivity. These models, based on consideration of the morphological and functional features of the female athletes, biorhythmic patterns of its operation, synchronization of the training structure and the OMC phases, increased the efficiency of the training process and the effectiveness of competitive activity without increasing the volume and intensity of the applied loads, made the training process more manageable. In the health-improving recreational physical culture, shaping is one of the most popular directions, and a large group of women of the first period of adulthood is engaged in it. The effective conduct of the recreational exercises shaping with women of 21-35 years requires consideration of the conjugacy of somatotype and physiological characteristics of the female body. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the method of applying exercises of various orientations in shaping activity with women 21-35 years old, based on their somatotype and phase character of a specific biological cycle. In the process of research, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis and synthesis of data from scientific and methodological literature, anthropometry, somatotyping (according to the method of M.V. Chernorutsky), functional diagnostics methods, pedagogical testing, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, statistical methods for processing materials. The research involved 48 women of the first period of mature age, which were engaged in shaping. The results of the study: in accordance with the peculiarities of the distribution of women of 21-35 years depending on their body type, the overwhelming majority of them were characterized by a normal body type. Distinctive somatotypical features of physical development, body composition, functional status, physical fitness level of women aged 21-35 years who want to be engaged in the shaping activity were identified. An individually differentiated method of improving shaping classes for women aged 21-35 years based on their somatic-type features and the phasic biorhythms of the female body has been developed. Favorable dynamics and statistical reliability of changes in indicators of morphofunctional state and physical fitness of the studied contingent engaged in the shaping activity (in comparison to each other and to initial data) were established. Conclusions: the effectiveness of individually differentiated methods of recreational shaping activity is confirmed by a statistically significant (p <0.05) improvement in almost all recorded indicators of physical, functional condition and physical fitness level of women aged 21-35 years.
