Informatics study program at Nurul Jadid University does not have a general concentration of knowledge, so that sometimes the selection of elective courses by students is not quite right. This study aims to classify the concentration of knowledge with a data mining approach which can then be used as a recommendation for selecting elective courses by students. In this study, we implement a machine learning algorithm to provide recommendations to students regarding what interests are more suitable to be taken based on the values of prerequisite courses in previous semesters. Student data was obtained from the Head of the Center for Data and Information Systems (PDSI) at Nurul Jadid University with 70 student data from Nurul Jadid University batch 2018. The machine learning algorithm used is Neural Network with Python programming language, the tools used are Google Collab. At the beginning of data collection, then pre-processing is carried out to prepare the dataset in order to get good results, and model training is carried out. After training on the model, then further testing is carried out on the model to determine the performance of the model. The result of the accuracy value in the training model process is 0.83 or 83% and the accuracy of the test data is 0.79 or 79%.
ABSTRAK Mengenal dan menghafal tokoh pahlawan nasional merupakan suatu pengetahuan dasar yang begitu penting bagi anak usia dini, karena hal tersebut sebagai pondasi awal tumbuhnya rasa nasionalisme bagi anak. Model pembelajaran saat ini masih sangat konvensional Metode pembelajaran sejarah pada umumnya masih menggunakan metode hafalan dengan cara membaca buku dan mendengarkan ceramah dari guru. Dampak pelajaran seperti ini mengakibatkan anak menjadi kurang bersemangat mengikuti pelajaran dan mudah cepat bosan, kemudian anak juga merasa susah untuk mengingat materi yang begitu banyak. Melihat dari persoalan tersebut maka perlu untuk dibuat aplikasi berbasis mobile yang dapat mempermudah dan menyenangkan anak usia dini dalam menghafal tokoh tokoh pahwalawan nasional. Pada penilitian ini akan membahas tentang pengembangan game edukasi pengenalan pahlawan nasional dengan model aksi petualangan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa banyak siswa yang senang belajar sambil bermain, siswa juga mengapresiasi adanya game edukasi pengenalan dari tokoh pahlawan nasional dengan model aksi petualangan sebagai media tambahan dalam belajar menghafal tokoh pahlawan.
3) ABSTRAK Pengembangan aplikasi android dalam penelitian ini untuk menjadi media belajar hitung cepat matematika bagi siswa sekolah mengah atas. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang banyak digunakan saat ini adalah aplikasi android. Alasan menggunakan aplikasi android sebagai media pembelajaran merupakan tuntutan dari revolusi industry 4.0 dalam segala bidang termasuk pendidikan. Android adalah sebuah system operasi untuk perangkat mobile berbasis linux yang mencakup system operasi, middleware dan aplikasi. Android menyediakan platform terbuka bagi para pengembang untuk menciptakan aplikasi mereka [1]. Hasil observasi pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Nurul Jadid diperoleh fakta bahwa 20 siswa dari 26 siswa merasa tidak menyukai matematika karena prosedur pemecahan masalahnya rumit dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (R & D), dikarenakan penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi android.Model pengembangan system yang digunakan adalah model waterfall (air terjun). Hasil penelitian ini adalah telah dihasilkan aplikasi android hitung cepat matematika sebagai media belajar siswa sekolah menengah atas.
Creativity is one of indicators in assessing learners' competence and personality. Innovation skill and capability are expected to be developed continuously by learners in their learning environment. KAUGACI production was a keychain product by utilizing used goods in the form of cardboard, and it was developed by students of history education of Jember University. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of products in improving students' psychomotor skills in the university level. 100 respondents with demographic profiles based on gender and entrepreneurial experience were taken as the research participants. The findings showed that KAUGACI products had high effectiveness and productivity that gave impact to the students' skills development.

The stages of this research are the literature study stage, data collection stage, data management with data mining, results analysis stage, and presentation stage. From the discussion that the researcher has done, it can be concluded that to determine the pattern of purchasing products using Frequent Pattern Growth has been successfully carried out, and an association rule has been determined at the Avindo Motor store, such as if you buy nuts you will buy clips, if you buy inner tubes you will buy nuts and if you buy an inner tube, you will buy a clip.
