The landless farmer chooses to enter into a muzara"ah coorporation with the landowner according to custom, without knowing whether the agreement is appropriate or not with sharia economic law. As practice in the Gebang Kulon village, the agreement there is a continuous deviation resulting in the cancellation. Seeing the problem, the writer feels the need to study more deeply based on the review of Sharia economic law. The method used in this research is to use qualitative by utilizing the descriptive approach of Sharia economic law. Technique of collecting date that is done observation, interview and documentation. From the research results obtained the agreement is done orally on the basis of hel and trust. The agreement is termed maro, where the landowner and the tiller agre the result will be devided into two with the provisions of the landowner hand over land and production capital such as paddy and other, seeds while the cultivators provide tools and manpower. According to the review of Sharia economic law, the muzara"ah is done based on the terms and conditions, so that if the conditions of muzara"ah are fulfilled then the agreement is valid. AbstrakPetani yang tidak memiliki lahan memilih melakukan kerjasama muzara"ah dengan pemilik lahan sesuai adat, tanpa mengetahui apakah perjanjiannya sesuai atau tidak dengan hukum ekonomi Syariah. Sebagaimana dalam praktiknya di desa Gebang Kulon, kesepakatan akadnya terdapat penyimpangan yang berkelanjutan sehingga terjadi pembatalan. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, penulis merasa perlu mengkaji lebih dalam berdasarkan perspektif hukum ekonomi Syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif hukum ekonomi Syariah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitiannya diperoleh bahwa akad dilakukan secara lisan atas dasar tolong menolong dan kepercayaan. Perjanjian itu diistilahkan dengan maro, dimana pemilik dan penggarap sepakat hasilnya akan dibagi dua dengan ketentuan pemilik menyerahkan lahan dan modal produksi seperti bibit padi dan lainnya, sedangkan penggarap menyediakan alat dan tenaga. Menurut hukum ekonomi Syariah, akad muzara"ah dilakukan berdasarkan rukun dan syarat, sehingga apabila syarat-syarat muzara"ah terpenuhi maka akadnya sah.

The method used in this research is to use qualitative by utilizing the sociology approach of Islamic law. Technique of collecting date that is done observation, interview and documentation. From the research results obtained the forms of sale and purchase of red onion in Grinting village there are 2 namely Scales (small scale Rogolan and Gedengan in a typical gift shop) and Borongan (large scale Rogolan, Gedengan, Larikan and Tebasan). According to the review of Islamic law in buying and selling of wholesalers is done under the terms of jizaf, so if meet the conditions of buying and selling jizaf then the sale is legal or allowed.
This study aims to analyze local wisdom-based shariah tourism in Indonesia on the level of income, motivation, demand and willingness to pay. The location of this research is in the City and Regency of Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia. This research is qualitative and quantitative. We are collecting data through surveys and determining the survey sample using the purposive convenience sampling method. The sample is at least 100 people randomly. The study results show that the high demand for religious tourism in all respondents of religious groups can manifest a vital dimension of spirituality in every human, regardless of the spiritual teachings carried out in his life. Income levels have a weak or insignificant correlation to the potential demand for religious tourism, which can be exciting and prospective if viewed from a marketing perspective. There is no significant relationship between motivation and income with the respondent's demand for responsible religious tourism activities. No correlation in the level of income with demand for religious tourism can indicate that this type of tourism activity has the potential to be marketed to consumers at all income levels, from low-income to high-income earners. The value of willingness to pay significantly correlates to religious tourism demand.
Zakat adalah salah satu Rukun Islam yang fungsi nya untuk menolong orang fakir, miskin, dan kaum dhu’afa dengan cara mengeluarkan harta yaang dimiliki. Dengan melalui pengelolaan zakat yang baik, diharapkan dapat membuat angka kesejahteraan secara merata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan dana zakat produktif di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Brebes dan produktivitas mustahik di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Brebes. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu dengan memaparkan data dan informasi langsung dari lapangan dengan cara interview (wawancara), observasi, dokumentasi, teknik analisis data (reduksi data dan penyajian data), verifikasi atau penyimpulan data yang kemudian dianalisis dengan teori-teori dan Undang-Undang yang berlaku, sehingga menghasilkan penyajian data-data dan informasi deskriptif dari objek yang terkait. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan dana zakat produktif di BAZNAS Kabupaten Brebes yaitu melalui sosialisasi, membentuk Unit Pengumpulan Zakat (UPZ) melalui Payroll System. Sasaran pendistribusian zakat produktif untuk orang-orang yang tergolong miskin tetapi ada kemauan untuk memiliki usaha. Adanya Laporan Pertanggung Jawaban (LPJ) kinerja amil dapat dilihat dari para muzakki, pemerintah daerah maupun dari pusat, dan termasuk dari auditor. Salah satu bentuk produktivitas yang dilakukan oleh mustahik di BAZNAS Kabupaten Brebes adalah mempunyai usaha baru, meningkatnya ekonomi, dan meningkatnya pendapatan kelompok.
