In Islamic law women are allowed to work for a living, because sometimes parents or husbands can not afford and bear the cost of their lives. As a result encourage women to work to earn additional income to meet family needs. The existence of educational background factors are minimal, making the woman in the end looking for work in accordance with the ability he has. The type of research used is library research and survey research, with qualitative approach. Based on research in terms of empowerment of women workers as an effort to improve the family economy, in accordance with the views of Islamic law. Most of them have the support of family and the environment, while maintaining ethics and morale in their work. The empowerment of women workers has a positive impact that family income increases, although the increase is different.
Cooperative as a manifestation of the economic development of democracy. This happens when the cooperative is well managed, The existence of cooperatives in the District of Gunungjati has not described the cooperative as a form of economic development populist.This study aims to answer from the questions that become the formulation of the problem, how SWOT Cooperative as a Form of Community Economic Development in the District of Gunungjati? This research uses qualitative research,The data collected by interview technique (interview), observation, documentation and then analyzed by descriptive method of analysis.The SWOT analysis results that can be submitted by the authors are the cooperatives in the District of Gunungjati has the power in management,And has a weakness of the level of public confidence,Besides the cooperative opportunities for cooperation with financial institutions are very open,On the other hand the threat is the ease of provision of borrowers of informants (middlemen) who are still very difficult to overcome.
In the community often there is buying and selling done to obtain ease without knowing whether the sale is done that is in accordance with the concept of Islamic law or not, as happened in the sale and purchase of red onion with bulk system in Grinting village. In practice, physically object of buying and selling not yet known quantity. Seeing the problem, the writer feels the need to study more deeply based on the review of Islamic law. The method used in this research is to use qualitative by utilizing the sociology approach of Islamic law. Technique of collecting date that is done observation, interview and documentation. From the research results obtained the forms of sale and purchase of red onion in Grinting village there are 2 namely Scales (small scale Rogolan and Gedengan in a typical gift shop) and Borongan (large scale Rogolan, Gedengan, Larikan and Tebasan). According to the review of Islamic law in buying and selling of wholesalers is done under the terms of jizaf, so if meet the conditions of buying and selling jizaf then the sale is legal or allowed.
This study aims to determine the process of slaughtering broilers in the village of Kertawinangun and the process of slaughtering according to the the Indonesian Ulema Council standard. This research is descriptive-analytical using qualitative methods. This research resulted in three things, first, the method of slaughtering and processing stages of broilers grouped into three stages, namely the stages in the preparation of chickens, slaughtering, and processing of chickens. And secondly, several factors influence consumer behavior related to halal slaughter, namely; 1) Cultural Factors, namely human behavior is largely determined by the culture that surrounds it, and its influence will always change every time by the times. 2) Social factors include family groups and role models. 3) Personal factors consisting of age and stages of the life cycle, economic conditions, lifestyle, and personality.
