Strategi pemasaran mempunyai peran penting bagi UMKM. Peran penting dari strategi pemasaran yang tepat akan mampu meningkatkan daya saing produk yang dihasilkan UMKM. Dalam upaya menuyusun strategi pemasaran dibutuhkan informasi yang lengkap berkaitan dengan pasar, konsumen maupun produk yang dibutuhkan. Tidak adanya informasi yang mendukung dalam penentuan strategi pemasaran tentu saja membuat UMKM sulit bersaing. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran dalam upaya peningkatan daya saing UMKM. Metode analisis: menggunakan pendekatan dekriptif dengan metode kualitatif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, Wilayah pemasaran produk yang dipilih pada industri keripik pisang Tunas Metro adalah wilayah Metro dan sekitarnya Hal ini disebabkan keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki home industri kripik pisang tunas. strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh home industri kripik hanya dengan kedekatan personal maupun penjualan yang ada di toko saja. Minimnya kemampuan pemahaman dan pengelolaan dari segi digital atau e-commarace yang membuat pemilik belum memanfaatkan media yang ada secara optimal. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT yang dilakukan pada UKM keripik pisang tunas Metro, maka beberapa strategi telah dirumuskan dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing diantaranya sebagai berikut; Mempertahankan harga dan kualitas produk untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen; Menjalin kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan untuk memperluas wilayah pemasaran; Meningkatkan jumlah produksi menjelang musim kemarau; Menjaga kualitas produk; merubah desain kemasan supaya lebih menarik konsumen; Memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi sebagai sarana promosi; Meningkatan modal usaha untuk memperluas wilayah pemasaran dan menambah jumlah produksi; Melakukan perluasan wilayah pemasaran dan melakukan promosi untuk menarik konsumen.
The purpose of this research was to measure the acceptance of Google Classroom use by junior high school students using variables such as habits, satisfaction, knowledge, and skills. To achieve the set objective, it adopted the TAM, which measures technology usability and ease of use. TAM also provides a theoretical basis for measuring students’ perceptions concerning the use of Google Classroom in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on this, a questionnaire was used to collect data through an online survey involving a sample of 306 students at the junior high school level. The data obtained was analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses to obtain valid and reliable measuring instruments. AMOS was used to measure, assess the structural model based on the goodness of fit standard and test hypotheses. as many as 84.3% of students had never used Google Classroom until the COVID-19 pandemic struck. This research with a quantitative approach aims to describe the direct and indirect effects of financial literacy on self-control and consumptive behavior, as well as the role of self-control as a mediating variable between the influence of financial literacy and consumptive behavior. The population in this study were SMA Negeri students in East Jakarta, with a total of 285 students being the sample, which was determined by a proportionate random sampling technique. Data was obtained using a questionnaire distributed through Google Form, then analyzed using path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Version 25 software. The results showed that: (1) There is a direct influence of financial literacy on consumptive behavior; (2) There is a direct influence of self-control on consumptive behavior; (3) There is a direct influence of financial literacy on self-control; and (4) Self-control is able to mediate the effect of financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of State Senior High School students in East Jakarta. In order to reduce consumptive behavior, the school can create activities that can help students improve their financial literacy and self-control. And for further researchers, it is hoped that they can examine other factors that are thought to influence consumptive behavior.
Purpose of the study: The paper aims to address the knowledge gap in understanding the relationship between AQ and the performance of millennial generation salespeople. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach in a systematic review. This is used to synthesize(summarizing) qualitative descriptive research results. Main Findings: The findings indicate that there is a positive relationship between adversity quotient on the performance of millennial generation salespeople. Applications of this study: The study shows the importance of companies adopting AQ for millennial generation salespeople by training salespeople, especially in guiding them, to provide flexible space to make decisions, and explore their capabilities in the field of technology in achieving performance targets set by the company. Novelty/Originality of this study: The results contribute to the literature by providing main factors of adversity quotient to achieve the performance of millennial generation salespeople on Industrial Revolution 4.0.
Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia volubilis Linneo, Euphorbiaceae) is known as a Peruvian seed containing a high level of unsaturated fatty acids, such as α-linolenic acid (Omega-3), linoleic acid (Omega-6), and oleic acid (Omega-9). These essential fatty acids are important functional foods due to their benefits for human health. Considering its benefits, it is necessary to find the right cultivation conditions to develop Sacha Inchi in Indonesia, where it has not been widely cultivated. This study aimed to determine the adaptability of Sacha Inchi to different cultivation conditions and the effects of these conditions on seed production and oil quality. Sacha Inchi plants were cultivated under three different cultivation conditions (open area, mixed cultures, and agroforestry) and the seeds were harvested monthly to determine the seed production and oil quality. The results showed that seed production in the open area was higher than in other conditions. The highest oil yield from monthly harvesting was found in mixed cultures. Interestingly, the level of Omega-3 content in the agroforestry condition was higher compared to other conditions. The level of Omega-6 and Omega-9 content in the open area was higher than in mixed cultures and agroforestry. However, the content of unsaturated fatty acids in the three different cultivation conditions was not significantly different, being 91.88% in the open area, 92.53% in mixed cultures, and 92.97% for agroforestry. In conclusion, the cultivation of Sacha Inchi under open areas is recommended due to its seed productivity which will affect the total oil production.
