This study aims to understand the determinant of the employee's intention to use information system within the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Information System Success Model (ISSM). This paper also aims to examine the influence of ISSM dimension on the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use. The research respondents were 248 employees of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) who are users of the Financial Information System (SIKEU). Data was obtained using a questionnaire that was distributed online via Google form. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using the Warp-PLS software. The results showed that the dimensions of TAM (perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness) had a positive and significant influence on the employee's intention to use SIKEU. The ISSM dimension (system quality and information quality) also had a significant influence, although other ISSM dimensions (service quality) had not been proven to have a significant influence on the employee's intention to use SIKEU. Moreover, the results showed that the employee's intention to use is a determinant of SIKEU's actual usage. Perceived ease of use was significantly determined by system quality, information quality, and service quality. In addition, the perceived usefulness was significantly determined by system quality and information quality.

Online learning is an obligation in teaching and learning activities during the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Game-based learning is a solution in improving student learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the level of acceptance of gamification in terms of Gamification quality (GQ), instructor characteristic (IC), and technology anxiety (TA). The target respondents were students taking information systems courses based on enterprises resources planning (ERP) Gamification. The sample used is a census. That is, the entire population is taken as a sample. A total of 93 students filled out the online questionnaire. Then, data analysis using Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Student satisfaction (SS) and perceived ease of use (PEOUG) are the most influences. PEOUG is also the construct that has the most significant relationship impact, especially with the perceived usefulness (PUG). Meanwhile, two constructs do not significantly impact TA on PUG and PUG on Intention to use gamification (INTG). The obligation of students requires students to ignore the impact and function of gamification. The results of this research also show that technology acceptance model (TAM), the constructs IC, TA, and GQ have a positive effect on PEOUG. Then PUG and PEOUG can positively affect SS.

The sample used in this study was 200 employees working in the Jakarta area. The research data was collected through a questionnaire distributed in a Google Form. The sampling technique used the Non-Probability Sampling Analysis Model with the Purposive Sampling technique. The data processing method is quantitative and associative with survey and SEM methods. This study shows that employee engagement has an effect on employee job satisfaction and work commitment. Compassion has an effect on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects employee performance. However, on the other hand, compassion has no effect on employee performance and work commitment. Employee engagement has no effect on performance. Work commitment has no effect on employee performance.
