Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Elektronik Berbasis Proyek pada Materi Termokimia di Kelas XI SMA dan mengetahui respon guru dan siswa terhadap e-LKPD berbasis proyek yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengadaptasi kerangka pengembangan 4D tetapi hanya sampai tahap pengembangan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian validator (ahli media dan ahli materi) terhadap produk e-LKPD berbasis proyek sudah baik dan layak diujicobakan. Selanjutnya hasil respon guru diperoleh 91,06% dan hasil respon siswa diperoleh 81,76% dengan kategori klasifikasi “sangat baik”. Sedangkan untuk hasil belajar diperoleh nilai (gain) 0-0,3 (rendah) 3 orang, 0,3-0,6 (sedang) 19 orang dan 0,7 (tinggi) 3 orang. Berdasarkan proses pengembangan secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-LKPD berbasis proyek ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan kerangka pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan dan penyebaran. Sedangkan penilaian validator terhadap kelayakan e-LKPD berbasis proyek yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sudah baik dan layak ujicoba serta berdasarkan respon guru dan siswa, e-LKPD berbasis proyek ini sangat baik dan dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar di sekolah. [Improving Students' Science Literacy Ability Using the Contextual Teaching and Learning Model Assisted by Google Classroom During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Chemistry Subjects] Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning dimasa pandemi covid-19 dimana materi pelajaran di sampaikan secara daring melalaui google classroom. Penelitian dilakukan di MAN 1 Muaro Bungo pada materi pelajaran kimia semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu peneltian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Instrumen penelitian berupa soal tes untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi sains siswa pada mata pelajaran kimia dan lembar observasi untuk mengetahui karateristik siswa serta lembar pengamatan untuk mengetahui apakah guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan desain penelitian. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pencapaian hasil belajar klasikal. Berdasarkan data penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan literasi sains siswa dan karakter siswa pada setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus 3 dapat diketahui bahwa hasil belajar kognitif seluruh siswa telah melampaui KKM sebesar 75 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik
UPT Library UNJA is a Service Unit whose duties and functions are closely related to science, education, and development, especially in managing and providing various literacy, references, information, and documentation. The performance of its management staff strongly influences the management system of the UNJA Library UPT. Ideally, the performance measurement of UPT Library staff can refer to the applicable ISO standards. However, a more comprehensive performance evaluation based on the specifics and factors that affect the performance of UPT UNJA staff and the classification of staff performance evaluation is critical. UPT Library Staff Performance Evaluation based on ISO 11620: 2014 Document concludes that staff performance is good. On the other hand, the application of discriminant analysis of the performance of the Jambi University Library UPT staff analyzed 15 variables with Performance Quality as a variable consisting of two categories, namely Good and Very Good. The Stepwise Method in Discriminant Analysis reduces several independent variables so that the most significant variables in this analysis are the ability to make decisions (X6), Honesty (X8), Initiative in the line of Tasks (X9), and Skill Problem Solver (X11).
The free learning-campus program (MB-KM) contained in SN-Dikti 2020, is very relevant to the demands of 21st century education in order to address the challenges of learning in the global era. The MB-KM program provides opportunities for students to master various fields of science, develop creativity, capacity and other competencies related to the needs of the world of work. The results of the needs analysis show that there are still four competencies that have not been maximally mastered by students, namely: school management competencies, analytical thinking, technological novelty and science behavior with an average of 51.75%, while the other three competencies: pedagogical competence, high school chemistry science, and DIGITAL LEARNING IT competence have been very good with an average of 80.20%. Against the background, this was conducted research on the Development of Rational-Creative Performance Technology Training Model for Chemistry Education Students. This research is educational development research (Borg & Gall: 2007). The characteristic of this training model is in the form of Merdeka Learning Teacher Mover for school education. The MODEL ID used to design this training model is adapting the modified ASSURE model, while the Rational-Creative Performance Technology Training Model was developed by Zurweni & Affan Malik (2020). The results showed that the Rational-Creative Performance Technology Training Model has four synths: Innovation Intervention Orientation, Rational Exploration, Rational Technology Training and Evaluation. Evaluation and validation results and trials state that the Rational-Creative Performance Technology Training Model falls into the category of good, with field trials have not been successfully implemented due to the covid-19 pandemic. It was concluded that this Rational-Creative Performance Technology Training Model is worth using and is a new breakthrough as an alternative to enrichment in the debriefing of students who follow the PLP Program to partner schools. It is recommended to use this training model at the level of the Study Program as well as at the student debriefing enrichment session before following the introduction of the school field.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan pelaksanaan supervisi, mengatasi alternatif pemecahan permasalahan pelaksanaan supervisi, mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh supervisi ketua prodi terhadap kinerja pendidik-pendidik, dan menindaklanjuti solusi yang sudah di tentukan terhadap kinerja pendidik-pendidik kimia dalam pembelajaran kimia pada mata kuliah pengelolaan pendidikan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah ketua prodi, dosen, dan pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan supervisi di mata kuliah pengelolaan pendidikan dapat bersumber dari pendidik, peserta didik dan fasilitas yang ada. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan pendelegasian wewenang oleh ketua prodi kepada pendidik-pendidik senior, pemberian motivasi kepada para pendidik akan pentingnya supervisi pendidikan, pembinaan oleh ketua prodi kepada pendidik-pendidik senior yang ditunjuk sebagai supervisor dan membentuk tim penilai supervisi, dilakukan koordinasi secara intens kepada seluruh elemen kampus, dan mengupayakan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai.
