COVID-19 merupakan virus jenis SARS yang menyerang sistem pernapasan manusia, virus ini pertama kali dilaporkan pada akhir tahun 2019 dan dinyatakan pandemi oleh Badan Kesehatan Dunia pada maret 2020, virus ini menyebar dengan cepat dan meluas hingga keseluruh belahan bumi tak terkecuali Indonesia. Berbagai upaya dan kebijakan telah dilakukan pemerintah dan untuk memantau perkembangan dan penanggulangan COVID-19 di 34 Provinsi di Indonesia Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia mengelompokkan 34 Provinsi berdasarkan Level Asesmen Situasi Penanggulangan COVID-19 yang terbentuk dari 3 kategori penilaian yaitu 1) Tingkat transmisi yang terdiri dari kasus konfirmasi COVID-19 (Y1), kasus rawat inap COVID-19 (Y2) dan kasus kematian (Y3), 2) Kapasitas Respon yang terdiri dari Positive Rate (Y4), Tracing (Y5) dan Treatment (Y6), 3) Tingkat Vaksinasi yang terdiri dari Cakupan Vaksin 1 (Y7) dan Cakupan Vaksin Lansia (Y8). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh fungsi pengelompokkan provinsi berdasarkan level asesmen COVID-19 dan mendapatkan variabel yang mampu membedakan kelompok yang terbentuk menurut Analsis Diskriminan Linier Fisher. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian fungsi diskriminan yang terbentuk adalah , dan , variabel pembeda yaitu cakupan vaksin 1 dan cakupan vaksin lansia dengan ketepatan pengelompokkan sebesar 88,2%
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah rata-rata dan time series analysis curah hujan di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi mengunakan rantai markov serta mengetahui peluang transisi dan kondisi steady state curah hujan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diambil secara langsung di BMKG Stasiun Klimatologi Muaro Jambi. Data terdiri dari 8 lokasi pengamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dengan selang waktu 8 bulan yaitu bulan Mei hingga Desember tahun 2020. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan Rantai Markov bahwa jumlah rata-rata curah hujan di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi pada masing-masing state untuk setiap bulannya sebesar 237,9515625mm.
UPT Library UNJA is a Service Unit whose duties and functions are closely related to science, education, and development, especially in managing and providing various literacy, references, information, and documentation. The performance of its management staff strongly influences the management system of the UNJA Library UPT. Ideally, the performance measurement of UPT Library staff can refer to the applicable ISO standards. However, a more comprehensive performance evaluation based on the specifics and factors that affect the performance of UPT UNJA staff and the classification of staff performance evaluation is critical. UPT Library Staff Performance Evaluation based on ISO 11620: 2014 Document concludes that staff performance is good. On the other hand, the application of discriminant analysis of the performance of the Jambi University Library UPT staff analyzed 15 variables with Performance Quality as a variable consisting of two categories, namely Good and Very Good. The Stepwise Method in Discriminant Analysis reduces several independent variables so that the most significant variables in this analysis are the ability to make decisions (X6), Honesty (X8), Initiative in the line of Tasks (X9), and Skill Problem Solver (X11).
Environmental Characteristics has several components, including the quality of the Environment and Environmental Resources which consist of mineral resources, energy resources, land, land resources, biological resources, and water resources. The provinces in Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, dan Sulawesi still rely on natural resources for their economic growth. Environmental Quality can be measured by various indices, some of which are the Air Quality Index and the Water Quality Index. One of the problems in the National Economic Recovery during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period is the unavailability of studies and research related to similarities and differences in environmental characteristics to identify provinces that have the potential to prioritize the distribution of Funds/Budgets from the Central Government. Knowing the Similarities and Differences in Characteristics is also needed in determining the Destination Areas for comparative studies from one province to another. For this reason, it is necessary to recommend environmental sector policies as material for the preparation of regulations and the use of appropriate technology in overcoming environmental problems. Analysis of Variance Comparison of Environmental Characteristics and Resources of the Provinces on the four Big Islands in Indonesia shows a significant F - Statistics value, so a Tukey HSD Post Hoc Test is needed to recommend Priority Provinces based on similarities and differences in characteristics in the context of Strengthening the Environmental Sector, as well as recommendations for similarities between regions as a material for consideration for comparative studies between Regional / Provincial Governments.
