Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pencapain Program Wajib Belajar, hal ini tidak terlepas dari keadaan di masa pandemi saat ini. Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan sebuah edaran terkait dengan penggunaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah di masa pandemi, pada edaran tersebut terdapat beberapa perubahan kebijakan pengalokasian dana dan penekanan alokasi terkait dengan pencegahan penularan Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran umum dan mendeksripsikan implementasi penyaluran dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah di Kabupaten Bandung pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan dalam menganalisis data penulis menggunakan tiga alur kegiatan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini adalah masih terdapat pihak sekolah yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi sehingga berimplikasi pada kurang maksimalnya sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan karena sosialisasi menjadi kurang tepat sasaran. Kesimpulan yang penulis ambil bahwa pelaksanaan penyaluran BOS di Kabupaten belum maksimal hal ini dikarenakan masih terdapat indikator-indikator yang belum terpenuhi dalam pelaksanaanya terutama yang terdapat pada dimensi komunikasi dan sumber daya. Oleh karena itu penulis menyarankan kepada Pemerintah Daerah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pihak sekolah dalam pengelolaan Dana BOS melalui perbaikan sarana dan prasarana, sosialisasi, pelatihan maupun pengangkatan pegawai yang memiliki basic dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Considering Pancasila Spirits In The Design Of Law Elimination Of Sexual Violence (RUU P-KS). There Was ongoing debate about this RUU, either its positively contribute towards sexual protection for women or its just a hidden agenda of radical feminist to manifest their ideology in indonesia. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the value of the Pancasila in the draft law on the elimination of sexual violence (P-KS bill) in indonesia. This research is a library research method by examining various sources such as books and journals, documents, and draft legislation in the form of printed  and electronic reports. Based on the study and analysis that has been carried out, the content contained in the P-KS bill does not reflect the religious values that are upheld in the Pancasila as the ideology of the Indonesian Nation. Not only that, the tendency to strengthen is that the bill brings understanding and thinking that are contrary to the values of pancasila and religion. The focus of the study discusses the implementation of a one-stop integrated service City policy in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the implementation of a one-stop integrated service policy in Kendari City. The concept used is the theory of policy implementation presented by George Edwards III that the dimensions of policy implementation are: 1) communication, 2) resources, 3) disposition and 4) bureaucratic structure. The method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. The models used in analyzing the data through data reduction, the data presentation, and drawing Conclusions. Based on the results of research that the Office of Investment and Integrated Services of the One Door of the City of Kendari in the implementation of the One Door Integrated Services Policy can be Categorized as not good yet. This can be seen from the four dimensions of research, there are 3 (three) dimensions that are not good items, namely the dimensions of Communication, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure.  Keywords: Implementation, Policy, Public Services, One Stop Integrated Services

Pemerintah Kabupaten Garut memanfaatkan website sebagai bentuk digitalisasi pelayanan publik terutama pada bidang Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan. Namun, dalam pemanfaatannya, terdapat permasalahan dimana masih ada informasi yang tidak dapat diakses oleh masyarakat karena fitur menu error. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan gambaran umum pemanfaatan website sebagai bentuk digitalisasi pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Garut terutama pada website dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Temuan penelitian yaitu dilihat dari tiga elemen digitalisasi pelayanan publik dalam pelaksanaan egovernment di Kabupaten Garut, telah didukung oleh Garut Command Centre. Pemanfaatan website juga didukung oleh kemampuan sumber daya manusia yang cukup memadai, sajian informasi website juga menyediakan informasi yang cukup update. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah, pemanfaatan website sebagai bentuk digitalisasi pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Garut telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik, namun masih perlu melakukan peningkatan dari ketersediaan infrastruktur dan peningkatan kemampuan serta keterampilan sumber daya manusia terutama pengelola website dinas.

The focus of this study is to determine the role of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in maintaining peace and public order in dealing with the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The method of writing articles is to use library research. The conclusions obtained are: the role of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in maintaining the peace of the people of DKI Jakarta in facing the spread of Covid-19 has been carried out quite well. This can be seen from the concrete efforts that have been made since January 2020. The concrete efforts are in the form of preventive measures, short-term direction to be followed up and anticipatory efforts in dealing with Covid-19 in the DKI Jakarta area. The suggestions that can be made include the following: 1) The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta needs to improve coordination with the central government with regard to data transparency; 2) The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta needs to increase the dissemination of actual and trusted information to the public widely with any media both print media, electronic media and social media; 3) The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta needs to increase close supervision to the public so that they can comply with appeals related to the procedures for preventing the spread of Covid-19; 4) Further research / studies are needed in relation to the Jakarta people's happiness index when the spread of Covid-19 occurs in relation to the role of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in maintaining peace and public order.
