Marketing mix and service quality are two important aspects that need to be considered by a tourist attraction in order to provide satisfaction to tourists. Tourist satisfaction can be achieved if the products sold are supported by good quality and price of products and services. Satisfaction can also affect the intention of tourists to revisit these tourist attractions. The problem that occurs in educational tourism in Kampung Coklat, Blitar Regency is that some tourists are not satisfied with the elements of the marketing mix and the quality of the services offered. This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix and service quality on tourist satisfaction in Kampung Coklat, Blitar Regency, to analyze the effect of marketing mix and service quality on revisit intention to Kampung Coklat, Blitar Regency and to analyze the effect of tourist satisfaction on revisit intention to Kampung Coklat, Blitar Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 100 people who were chosen deliberately with the criteria being at least 17 years old and visiting Kampung Coklat for the first time. The analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results showed that marketing mix and service quality had a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, marketing mix and service quality had a significant effect on revisit intention, and tourist satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention. Push and pull factor as motivation for travelling are the components that influence tourist perception about tourist attraction related to the level of tourist satisfaction. Motivation also able to encourage tourist to revisit. Prai Ijing Traditional Village is one of the tourist attractions and cultural sites which is located in Waikabubak, West Sumba, NTT. It has unique culture, strategic location, therefore visited by many visitors. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect between motivation, tourist satisfaction and intention to revisit the village. The research method, the population of this research are domestic and foreign tourists visiting the Prai Ijing Traditional Village. The samples of this research is 100 visitors as the respondent, by using accidental sampling. The data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software version 3.0 and qualitative descriptive analysis to describe the characteristics of respondents, interpretate the results of SEM analysis, and reveal the result of research hypothesis test. The results showed that push and pull factors had significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction had significant effect on the intention to revisit. The push and pull factors did not had significant effect on the intention to revisit. Pull factors had significant effect than push factors on tourist satisfaction. Therefore, the pull factors need to be maintained and improved in order to be able to provide optimal satisfaction. The management and local communities are expected to increase the diversity of attraction and tourist activities, provide unique and innovative cultural tourism products, and maintain local wisdom and cultural assets as the main attention for tourists to visit the Prai Ijing Traditional Village Keywords: tourist motivation, satisfaction, revisit intention, SEM
The outcomes of tourism in relation to the environmental sustainability is to preserve nature, environment, and resources availablity. Therefore, the obligation to maintain sustainability of environmental are become a top agenda for the managers of the star-rated hotels. In line with this spirit the high growth of hotel and tourist arrival in Bali correlated with the high of resources use to meet the demand of hotel guests, it will affect to the environment of hotel and the environmental of Bali. This study surveyed 126 star hotels in Bali (which consists of four (4) one-star hotels, ten (10) two-star hotels, thirty-nine (39) three-star hotels, twenty-four (24) four-star hotels, and forty-nine (49) five star hotels, using a questionnaire, where the alternative answer used the seven (7) options, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and structural equation modelling (SEM). This study successfully established a significant model that describes the relationship between environmental issues, environmental management processes, and the benefits of environmental management processes in star rated hotels in Bali. Also the results of this research demonstrate that: 1. There is a significant relationship between environmental issues to the process of environmental management at star rated hotels in Bali, and 2. There is a significant relationship between the process of environmental management to the the benefits of environmental management processes of the star rated hotels in Bali. Furthermore, the issues of environment is consists of: a. The issue of pressure from tour operator, b. The issue of customer and tourists pressure, and c. The issue of climate change. Then the environmental management process of hotel consists of: a. The wastewater management process, b. The solid waste management processes, and c. The chemical management processes, and finally the benefits of environmental management processes in star hotels are consists of: a. The sustaining the hospitality industry, b. The contribution to community development, and c. The satisfaction of the guests at star rated hotels in Bali. In accordance with these results is it suggested that every hotels are encouraged to do the process of environmental management because through this process, hotel will have a better relationship with the community, it had the preferred of tourists trend, it had became more prudent in term of resources use as a sustainable environmental efforts, and finally these can contribute to preserving the assets of the world for future generations.
Capacity is the main element for farmers in achieving their goals. Farmer's Capacity consists elements of knowledge, attitude, and skills. With the increasing number of visits in Bali, especially Jatiluwih Agrotourism, farmers should be the subject of management so that they can fully enjoy the benefits of the visit. With the existence of agrotourism, agriculture and tourism can be a pair of harmonious sectors. Tourist's feedback on the satisfaction and intention to revisit can be an input in the effort to increasing the farmer's capacity in agrotourism management for its sustainability. This paper analyzes Farmer's Capacity for Jatiluwih Agrotourism Management and Its Influence toward Tourist's Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit. Primary and secondary data were obtained through interviews and filling out questionnaires with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method. The results of Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis show that farmer's capacity has a significant effect on tourists's satisfaction, which leads to tourists's intention to revisit. it is expected that higher capacity of agroutourism management among farmers will increase tourist's satisfaction which affects tourist's intention to revisit hence, improving the welfare of the community, especially farmers in Jatiluwih Agrotourism.
