The purpose of this article is to find out the role of schools in improving the entrepreneurial spirit of the Kampung Kumbe community. While entrepreneurship itself is one of the supporters that determines the economic ups and downs in an area and even the State. This study uses qualitative methods that are presented descriptively and carried out in Kampung Kumbe, Malind District, Merauke Regency, Papua Province, precisely at SMP Negeri 1 Kumbe. Data collection methods used in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of schools in enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit of the Marind community in Kampung Kumbe is shown by activities in the school to gain knowledge and skills, help students in forming character traits, and be able to interact with their environment that is balanced through learning that involves participants students must be active and encourage students to recognize and accept entrepreneurial values in developing the ability of students to carry out daily activities.

This study aims to determine to determine the effect of Training and Discipline against Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance of the Office of Transportation of Merauke Regency. This research uses quantitative method. This type of research is descriptive research is causal (causal), to determine the effect of a variable on other variables. In this study using path analysis model (path analysis) because among independent variables with dependent variable there is mediation that influence. This analysis is assisted with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The result of test that have been done show that training has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction, training has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction employee performance, satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.

Ok Clean Laundry is a type of individual business that is engaged in several services. The purpose of this research is to formulate a marketing strategy that can be applied to Ok Clean Laundry. This study uses the formulation of a marketing strategy in order to develop and be sustainable by formulating a business marketing strategy. In the input stage using the IFE and EFE matrices, then proceed with the analysis stage using the SWOT and IE Matrix to build alternative strategies so that the right alternative strategies for the company are obtained. This study used 6 people as samples and the data sources used were primary data (interviews) and secondary data (documentation and literature study). The results obtained from this study on the Internal Evaluation Factor (IFE) matrix, which is the strength of Ok Clean Laundry is to accept various types of laundry and each employee works according to their duties, uses social media as a means of promotion, provides discounted prices and business owners carry out direct supervision. And the results of the External Evaluation Factor (EFE) matrix, namely good market potential and the government facilitating business licensing, increasingly rapid technological developments are also business opportunities, and the high level of public consumption and the availability of water sources are opportunities for Ok Clean Laundry. market penetration strategy, product development, and market development (expansion).
