Pondok Pesantren merupakan sentral pendidikan tradisional yang merupakan sebuah lembaga di bidang pendidikan dengan basic agama sebagai kurikulum utama. Pondok Pesantren Tahfidzul Qur'an "Hasan Munadi" yang berlokasi di desa Karangan Kecamatan Badegan Kabupaten Ponorogo Jawa Timur. Tingkat kemampuan berwirausaha terkait dibidang pengelasan masih rendah, karena tidak adanya materi tersebut, Oleh karena itu dilaksanakan pelatihan pengelasan di pondok pesantren yang juga mengarah ke hardskill pengelasan, dan yang dikemudian hari akan dikembangkan ke pendirian unit usaha termasuk sebuah bengkel pengelasan. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan program pelatihan wirausaha Pengelasan ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa parameter yang dapat dicapai luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah produk berupa kemampuan teknik las dasar yang diperoleh santri dan diharapkan terbentuk wirausaha bengkel pengelasan yang akan bermanfaat bagi lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Tafidzul Qur'an "Hasan Munadi" Karangan Badegan Ponorogo. Tahapan pelaksanaan terdiri dari teori pengelasan, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3), serta praktek dan pendampingan pengelasan dasar dan lanjut yang menghasilkan produk berupa tangga lipat. Dan semua materi pengabdian pengelasan mengadopsi materi dari pengajaran praktek pengelasan di politeknik negeri madiun. Hasil dari pengabdian (pelatihan) Pengelasan ini peserta memiliki pengetahuan dalam hal pengelasan, dan dapat menerapkan proses peneglasan dengan mengutamakan K3 (Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja.

Thermoelectric generators are electrical generator devices that convert heat energy or temperature differences into electrical energy using a phenomenon called the seebeck effect. The thermoelectric generator used in this study is TEG SP1848. How this tool works is a compilation of combustion occurs on a rocket stove then the copper pipe which is wrapped around a rocket stove flowed by wateralso rises in temperature, and the circulation of water from the chamber passes through a copper pipe, within 30 minutes the water in the chamber reaches 90°C ± then it is done from the power generated by the TEG connection then the test is done by loading a resistor of 1kΏ-10kΏ the highest generator efficiency values obtained at the 5k ohm resistor reached 5.38% of the left TEG. For TEG the right side of generator efficiency tends to be stable. The highest value of the right-side TEG generator efficiency is obtained at 0.48% at 2k ohm resistance.
Keakuratan merupakan faktor penting dalam pengukuran. Alat ukur temperatur dan kelembapan (SMD22) dapat digunakan untuk pengujian temperatur dan kelembapan di delapan titik sekaligus pada kereta rel diesel elektrik (KRDE). Alat ukur (SMD22) ini belum diketahui nilai keakuratannya, sehingga mengakibatkan hasil pengukuran yang tidak konsisten. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah dilakukan kalibrasi pada alat ukur (SMD22). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan alat ukur yang tertelusur dalam pengukuran temperatur dan kelembapan. Metode penelitian ini adalah membandingkan hasil data alat ukur (SMD22) terhadap hasil data alat ukur UNI-T sebagai standar acuan. Proses pengukuran dilakukan di delapan titik pengujian pada kereta M. Data pengukuran diolah untuk memperoleh deviasi atau penyimpangan dari hasil pengukuran alat ukur (SMD22). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu nilai error minimum 0,1 °C dan nilai error maksimum 0,5 °C untuk pengukuran temperatur. Sedangkan untuk pengukuran humidity, nilai error minimum 0,3 %RH dan nilai error maksimum 4,5 %RH. Dan nilai ketidakpastian relatif alat ukur SMD22 sebesar 0,3 % hingga 4,0 % untuk pengukuran temperatur dan nilai ketidakpastian relatif 0,1 % hingga 7,7 % untuk pengukuran humidity. Nilai error sesuai dengan datasheet dengan toleransi 0,5 °C untuk pengukuran temperatur, 5 %RH untuk pengukuran humidity dan nilai ketidakpastian relatif tidak melebihi 10 % menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang baik.

Without realizing it, the use of motorbikes has negative things including incomplete combustion results, resulting in air pollution and on the other hand the materials to operate it are also running out and running out. The electric motor can be the answer to various problems that exist today and even in the future, because the electric motor has better efficiency than the combustion motor. The disadvantage of an electric motor is that the price is quite high when compared to a combustion motor, but on the other hand, such as the maintenance and efficiency of the energy source of an electric motor, it is far superior. In addition, with the electric motor, it can overcome the problem of natural resource fuel, which is increasingly shrinking.
