Rumput laut sebagai komoditas unggulan daerah NTB belum secara maksimal dikelola dengan baik. Potensi yang besar serta didukung dengan kultur masyarakat pesisir seharusnya mampu menjadikan komoditas rumput laut NTB berdaya saing tinggi. Kondisi permasalahan mendasar diatas kemudian menarik untuk diteliti dengan model Pembangunan Ekonomi Lokal (PEL) sebagai metode dalam melihat permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan PEL model Hexagon dengan melihat dalam 6 dimensi terkait yakni target group, locational factors, policy focus and synergy, sustainability, governance serta planning. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pemerintah daerah Provinsi NTB sesungguhnya telah memulai program Pembangunan Ekonomi Lokal, namun belum optimal dalam beberapa program yang telah dilakukan mulai dari pemilihan kelompok target yang disesuaikan dengan kapasitas industrial daerah, penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang aktifitas ekonomi, keberhadiran kebijakan dan regulasi yang bersiat pro-environment dan pro-poor untuk mewujudkan prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan, hingga pada upaya sinergisitas para stakeholders serta upaya monitoring dan evaluasi.Title: Development of Seaweed Commodities in West Nusa Tenggara Using the Hexagon Model for Local Economic DevelopmentSeaweed, one of the competitive commodities in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), has not been well governed. LED has six dimensions of analysis; targeting group, location factors, policy focus and synergy, sustainability, governance and planning. This study found that NTB government has actually begun to implement LED dimension. However, there should be more optimal efforts to implement this program including selection of targeting group, development of infrastructure, pro-environment and pro-poor policy and regulation to support sustainable development, collaboration among stakeholders and monitoring and evaluation.

The need for video converence is something that cannot be ignored. Amid the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak all sectors must utilize this technology. Such is the case with Semarang Islamic State University Walisongo. Where UIN Walisongo requires all students, lecturers and education personnel to remain at home in an effort to comply with government regulations as an effort to prevent this outbreak. Therefore, to find a solution for communication to stay connected, a system for online meetings was built that could be used by students and lecturers as a medium of online learning, and the education staff and leaders to be able to always be connected in the midst of the covid outbreak.

Discussions about education in today's era focus on learning and education not only on how students learn basic science and knowledge about the subjects they study, but problems regarding etiquette, behavior, manners, morals, etiquette are also a highlight that needs to be emphasized. So it has become an obligation for every student who wants to study in order to achieve the success he dreams of, it should be accompanied by good etiquette, because that can improve the quality of internal and external Islamic educational institutions. ABSTRAK Pembahasan mengenai pendidikan di zaman dewasa ini fokus pembelajaran dan pendidikan tidak hanya pada bagaimana siswa mempelajari ilmu dasar dan ilmu pengetahuan tentang mata pelajaran yang ia pelajari namun permasalahan mengenai adab, tingkah laku, sopan santun, akhlak, adab juga menjadi sorotan yang perlu ditekankan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk adab bagi  terhadap siswa dalam peningkatan kualitas mutu pendidikan Islam di dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, di mana di dalam penelitian ini memakai metode kepustakaan (library research). Temuan pada penelitian kepustakaan menunjukkan bahwa etika dan akhlak yaitu dua komponen yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap anak didik. Bahkan dalam literatur yang diterangkan seorang guru wajib mempunyai etika yang baik dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar dan proses pembelajaran. Salah satu ulama terkemuka Imam Ibn Qayyim rahimahullah mengatakan bahwa, “tujuan dibentuknya adab di dalam diri seorang manusia adalah terciptanya akhlak yang baik.” Maka demikian itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi setiap peserta didik yang ingin menuntut ilmu guna mencapai kesuksesan       yang diimpikan hendaknya disertai dengan adab yang baik, karena demikian itu dapat meningkatkan kualitas dari internal   maupun eksternal kelembagaan pendidikan Islam.

The Global environmental movement is getting stronger. The models and patterns of movement have constructed new global environmental norm and values. Main agenda of this movement is resistance to global environmental regime which has not been able to solve environmental problems. This paper  found that the environmental movement is successful on conducting environmentalist community and constructing “Go green” such as green discourse in global production and consumption.
