This research was motivated by the low thinking level of SMK Mega Link Majene students in solving higher-order thinking problems and inadequate math teachers using mathematics applications in the learning process. This study aims to develop student worksheets assisted by the GeoGebra application to develop higher-order thinking skills. This research is Research and Development (RnD) using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The participants were 27 eleventh-grade students of SMK Mega Link Majene. The instruments were tests, student activity observation sheets, teacher implementation sheets, and questionnaires. The student worksheets should meet the characteristic of helping students develop higher-order thinking skills–analyzing, evaluating, and creating. The results showed that the student worksheets were in the valid category. The worksheets also fulfilled the practicality category: the learning implementation was well-executed, and met the effectiveness categories: (1) the students’ high-level thinking ability in mathematics on average was in the high category; (2) student activity was in the very active category; and (3) student responses to the student worksheets assisted by the GeoGebra application obtained a very positive response. The findings implied that the development of student worksheets assisted by the GeoGebra application met the valid, practical, and effective criteria.

Abstract. We report the continuity of interest of women in physics in Malaysia from the secondary school level through the undergraduate and graduate levels and involvement in the working environment. Positive developments are obvious as the percentage of women in top management positions in the public sector has increased from 19% in 2004 to 25% in June 2010. To increase this percentage in the future, we are analyzing the cause of "loss of interest" at the undergraduate's level to pursue a career in a physics-related field.
The study is aimed to find out whether the use of Stand upSequence Game is effective as the media in teaching vocabularymastery. The study used quasi-experimental design with the researchpopulation namely 22 female students of Budi Utomo Orphanage. The researcher conducted the systematic of purposive samplingand used pre-test and post-test as a research instrument. To analyze thepre-test and post-test score, the researcher used t-test analyzes. Theresult of the first hypothesis test which uses 5% significant degree, wherethe t-test obtained is (6.999) which also higher than that of t table (2.22).The second hypothesis test where the t-test obtained is (2.274) which ishigher than that of t table (2.08). It shows that the students who are taughtby Stand up Sequence Game having a higher score. In conclusion, thatteaching English vocabulary using Stand up Sequence Game is moreeffective than that of without using Stand up Sequence Game.
