Lansia banyak mengalami diabetes mellitus (DM). Karena itu perlu dirancang bentuk latihan berupa senam untuk menurunkan presentase diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi prevalensi kejadian penyakit diabetes melitus bagi penderita diabetes. Jenis penelitian adalah quasy eksperimental, dengan melibatkan variabel perlakuan adalah latihan senam diabetes melitus (LSDM) sedangkan variabel respon adalah kadar glukosa darah (KGD). Sampel penelitian, yaitu anggota BKMT Rappocini Makassar sejumlah 10 orang jenis kelamin perempuan, usia 50-55 tahun, dengan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa autocheck, lancet dan strip autocheck (alat yang digunakan untuk medeteksi kadar gula). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LSDM efektif menurunkan KGD pada penderita diabetes (p <0.05). Kesimpulan LSDM efektif menurunkan KGD bagi penderita DM dilakukan dengan frekuensi minimal 3 kali seminggu dengan durasi 30-60 menit serta tempo irama yang rendah. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah bagi penderita DM sangat tepat menerapkan LSDM secara mandiri sebagai salah satu metode terapi non farmakologis untuk menurunkan KGD
This research is a classroom action research which aims to determine the level of student learning outcomes through a scientific approach with the Jigsaw learning model in class VA students at SDN Unggulan Paccinongan Kabupaten. gowa, in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year which consists of 36 students. This research was conducted in two cycles where each cycle consisted of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, reflection. cycle I and cycle II were held for 4 meetings.The learning outcome data was collected using observation sheets, student worksheets, and basic mobility tests at the end of each cycle I and the end of cycle II. The collected data is then analyzed quantitatively by referring to the Benchmark Reference Assessment (PAP). From these data, research on the results of learning the basic motion of passing under the mini volleyball game shows that 4 students who completed learning in the first cycle had completed the study with a percentage (11.11%) and there were 32 studentsdid not complete the study with a percentage (88.88%).whereas in cycle II there were 32 students who completed learning with a percentage (88.88%) and there were 4 students who did not complete learning with a percentage (11.11%). The results of the analysis also showed that there was a significant increase in the learning outcomes of the basic motion of passing under the mini volleyball game in class VA students at SDN Unggulan Pacinongan, Gowa Regency. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the scientific approach with the Jigsaw learning model can improve student learning outcomes
This experimental research aims to determine the effect of arm power on the smash ability of badminton in terms of arm length consisting of long and short. This research was conducted at the Badminton Juang Lapris Building, Takalar Regency from December to January 2021.The experimental method used "two groups pre-test post-test design" ,. The sample consisted of 20 badminton players in Takalar Regency which were divided into two groups. Each group consists of 10 badminton players in Takalar Regency. The data analysis technique is the analysis with Tukey's test at a significance level of α = .05.The results of this study indicate that (1). There is an effect of arm power on the smash ability of badminton players in Takalar Regency in terms of long arm length. This is evidenced by the results of statistical analysis using the Tukey test, where Qhit = 5.79> Qtab (0.05) = 4.33 (2). There is no effect of arm power on the smash ability of badminton players in Takalar Regency in terms of short arm length. This is evidenced by using the Tukey test, where Qhit = 1.16> Qtab (0.05) = 4.33 (3). There is a difference in the effect of arm power on the smash ability of a badminton player in Takalar Regency between the length of the long arm and the length of the short arm. This is evidenced by the results of statistical analysis using the Tukey test, where Qhit = 6.74> Qtab (0.05) = 4.33
This study aims to examine the relationship between mental toughness and athlete achievement. The research method used in this study is correlation research with a descriptive research design. This research was conducted in the city of Makassar with the population in this study being PORPROV 2022 athletes in Sinjai Regency. For the sampling technique, we used convenience sampling by giving freedom to the sample over availability to be the research sample in this study. Through this sampling, the number of samples in this study amounted to 38 athletes. The instrument used in this study was mental toughness (AfMTI) to measure the mental toughness of athletes, and an achievement instrument to take the number of medals with the top three rankings obtained by athletes. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between mental toughness and professional athlete achievement.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh jawaban atas permasalahan: Bagaimana perbandingan Basal Metabolic Rate menurut status berat badan mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keolahragaan Angkatan 2017. Dengan tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui perbandingan Basal Metabolic Rate menurut status berat badan mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keolahragaan Angkatan 2017. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriktif dengan satu variable yaitu variable dalam penelitian ini adalah “Basal Metabolic Rate menurut status berat badan”. Populasi sampel adalah mahasiswa putra Program Studi Ilmu Keolahragaan Angkatan 2017dan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel atas dasar pertimbangan tertentu yaitu mahasiswa putra sebanyak 20 orang teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif presentase. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Basal Metabolic Rate menurut status berat badan mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keolahragaan Angkatan 2017: 1) Uderwight dengan nilai BMR 1296 dengan tingkat persentase 5 % sebanyak 1 mahasiswa, 2) Normal dengan nilai BMR 1258- 1556 dengan tingkat persentase 70 % sebanyak 14 mahasiswa, 3) overrwight dengan nilai BMR 1296-1630 dengan tingkat persentase 25 % sebanyak 5 mahasiswa. Hal tersebut karena dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti jaringan aktif dalam tubuh, besar dan luas bidang permukaan tubuh, komposisi tubuh, jenis kelamin, usia, sekresi hormon, tonus pada waktu tidur, tonus otot, kondisi emosi dan mental, gerakan tubuh yang berat, kondisi tubuh yang tidak sehat.
