This article verifies that hadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW. do not limit someone’s wealth amount (results) from a business activity, but limit how method (process) to acquire (result) of a business activity. It indicates that in business activity, hadis of Prophet Muhammad SAW. put more emphasis in importance of process (business ethics) compared to result, in order that there is none who would do evil deed or there is none who would suffers evil deed. This article shows that process of a business activity shall be based on business ethics. Business ethics are gathered from guideline from the Prophet Muhammad SAW. emphasized on two important things; firstly, conducting business activity with reasonable business behavior, secondly, avoiding disgraced business behavior. The business ethics have been practiced by Prophet Muhammad SAW. in conducting business activities before his appointment as Prophet. The main source of this study is texts (the Prophet’s utterance) that contained in (hadis books) Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. Beside of that, in order to make more deeper comprehension on those texts, supporting sources are used such as syarah al-hadith book and fiqh books. In order to read those texts are taken thematically (maudu’iy) and also to be enriched by theories and methodologies from other disciplines such as history.
Halal Tourism is one of the cultural-based tourist forms that Putting Islamic values and norms first. The potential for Halal Tourism development in Indonesia is enormous but needs to be upgraded in terms of the developer concept by applying lokal cultural values. One tourist destination in South Sulawesi is 'Taman prasejarah Leang-Leang' in Maros regency that has become a promising region To be developed as a Halal Tourism area by promoting lokal Sipakainge’ and Sipakalebbi’ concepts of wisdom. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using primary and secondary data sources through observation and documentation carried out by researchers. Research results are obtained if Sipakainge’ and Sipakalebbi’ can apply as Tourism clean development concepts by upholding the value of humanizing one another, reminding and respecting one another in the process. Additionally, the development can also be achieved by increasing the tools and infrastructure that makeup residence and characteristics of Halal Tourism.
Responding to the digital economy in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, the quality of sharia banking services in Indonesia is estimated and expected to increase significantly, in order to reach all levels of society, especially for people who live in the 3T area (terdepan/frontier, terluar/outermost, and terpencil/isolated). However, currently the quality of sharia banking services in Indonesia is not yet satisfactory, especially by people living in the 3T area. this research, trying to answer the challenge through a SWOT analysis of the application of financial technology policies in Islamic banks, with the hope of the quality of Islamic banking services can be improved and felt by all levels of Indonesian society and banking players can quickly understand and act. The management of Islamic banking management functions appropriately is based on an attitude of fear of Allah SWT, in the context of managing internal and external assets that include banking activities in a holistic manner. Thus, this study aims to analyze more deeply the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of the application of Islamic banking financial technology (mobile banking) in Indonesia, the results showed a significant achievement compared to the previous year, even though in the global context, there were still many breakthroughs needed so that the 3T community could utilize optimal Islamic banking services
Studi hadis di Indonesia terus dikembangkan oleh para ulama dan peneliti, diantaranya ialah pendekatan multidisiplin integratif seperti ilmu psikologi. Fenomena individu dan atau kelompok masyarakat dalam praktiknya, mempunyai kecenderungan perbedaan keadaan dan kondisi satu sama lainnya. Dalam beberapa hadis, Nabi SAW pernah ditanya oleh para sahabatnya dengan pertanyaan yang hampir mirip dan nabi menjawabnya tidak seragam, karena salah satu bentuk pertimbangan Nabi berasal aspek psikologis dari para sahabatnya, dimana para sahabat mempunyai karakter dan kondisi yang berbeda. Artikel penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yaitu penelitian yang berasal dari bahan pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Beberapa indikasi Nabi SAW mempertimbangkan aspek psikologis para sahabat yang bertanya kepadanya, diperkuat dengan pendapat para ulama. Studi hadis ke depannya, khususnya dalam pemaknaan hadis, sebaiknya diikuti berbagai aspek pendekatan yang terkait seperti aspek psikologis, agar menjadikan Islam sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat.
AbstrakAnxiety is a psychological disorder that has begun to get the attention of scholars in the field of psychology. Existing theories and conceptual frameworks about anxiety primarily refer to western scholars. However, theories and conceptual frameworks proposed by Western scholars are not suitable for use as point of reference in the life of a Muslim. Thus, the purpose of this article is to analyze the concept of anxiety specifically caused by sin based on the perspective of the hadith using content analysis methods by identifying the hadiths and opinions of relevant and related scholars. This study found that good deeds (something that is rewarded), will lead to the peace of the soul, due to the grace that is poured on him. Vice versa, if someone commits evil (sin), then the calmness of his soul will be disturbed, leading to anxiety, because of denying his instinctive nature (fitrah).
