This research is motivated by researchers' curiosity about the perception and interest of the community to carry out general sports and rhythmic movement activities. The aim is to get a comprehensive and sufficient picture so that further research can be carried out in the future in creating a physically active and fit community. The study used survey methods for 5 categories of rhythmic activity that were popular in the community, namely SKJ Exercise, Low Impact Aerobics, High Impact Aerobics, Healthy Heart Exercise / Elderly, Zumba, and Dangdut Exercise. The conclusion of this study revealed a sufficient level of interest from the community towards Rhythmic activity as one of the interesting activities to maintain body fitness with the results that the average female respondents preferred rhythmic activity in general compared to male respondents.
The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the effect of interval training fartlex training on VO2max. This study used an experimental method with variable interval training and fartlek training, while the dependent variable was VO2max. The study sample of 26 students taken by stratified random sampling through paired matching techniques, .. Interval running exercises showed a significant effect on the increase in VO2max. 2. Running Fartlek shows a significant effect on the increase in VO2max. Test results with the second result value 0.00 <0.05 in interval training and in parl exercise training obtained 0.01 <0.05 before and after treatment can be concluded that the results obtained that Interval Running and Fartlex Exercise Influence the Significant Increase in Vo2max . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan latihan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap hasil servis atas paa siswa kela XI Peasaran di SMK Pasundan 2 Cianjur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan 3 siklus dari Arikunto (2009). Sample yang diambil berjumlah 26 orang, jumlah 26 siswa terdiri dari 13 putra 13 putri pengumpulan data menggunakan (NCSU Volleyball Skill Test Battery; Bartlett, 1991; Morrow, 2011) dan observasi. Hasil penelitian pada pra siklus menunjukan bahwa untuk hasil servis atas bola voli hanya 12% atau 3 orang siswa yang memperoleh nilai KKM (tuntas). Kemudian pada siklus I meningkat yaitu menjadi 31% atau 8 orang siswa yang memperoleh nilai KKM (tuntas). Pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 42% atau 11 orang siswa yang memperoleh nilai KKM (tuntas). Pada siklus terkahir siklu III nilai yang diperoleh mengalami peningkatn yang cukup memuakan yaitu 81% atau 21 orang siswa memperoleh nilai KKM (tuntas). Kesimpulannya bahwa latihan kekuatan otot lengan dapat meingkatkan hasil servis atas bola voli pada siswa kelas XI Pemasaran di SMK Pasundan 2 Cianjur.
Self-confidence as an important psychological component in the academic learning process is always interesting to review in various situations and learning models for physical education students, both in schools and colleges environment. Reinforcement that strengthens the quality of students’ self-confidence is something that might have a significant impact on improving students’ cognitive and even overall learning outcomes. This study aims to investigate the effect of reinforcement performed by the teacher on students’ self-confidence, as well as to reveal the effect of self-confidence itself on student learning outcomes cognitively. The self-confidence instrument used in this study was a self-confidence questionnaire, totaling 38 questions, which were addressed to 38 research sample students of physical education at universities. The confidence level of the samples themselves became the reference for categorizing the research samples into samples based on gender with high and low levels of confidence. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental test with 3 stages of testing to determine the cognitive abilities of students before and after the learning process, as many as 12 face-to-face meetings. The learning process is carried out using a collaborative learning model with the peer-teaching method carried out by 12 groups in turns. The data were then analyzed using statistical software with the conclusion of a significant effect between the confidence level of the samples on their cognitive abilities, and the reinforcement to enhance the student’s self-confidence carried out by the teacher in the middle of the learning process affected significantly in increasing the cognitive abilities of the samples in following the learning process.
In this study looking for how much the level of teacher ability in the development of physical education As for the stages of research as follows: (1) Conduct initial identification and analysis of the needs of the object and location of research and conduct preliminary studies, and also literature studies relating to research, (2) Arranging program plans regularly, (3) Arranging instructional, books or activity evaluation tools, (4) Developing research instruments to reveal the ability of physical education teachers in developing Physical Education learning (5) Conducting small group trials to Physical Education teachers; and (6) conducting field trials on physical education teachers. So the conclusion of this research is the experience factor which consists of teaching experience of children with special needs and contact experience with children with special needs. Third, knowledge factors consisting of teacher education background, training, knowledge, and teacher learning needs. Fourth, educational environment factors consisting of resource support, parent and family support, and the school system.
