This research is motivated by researchers' curiosity about the perception and interest of the community to carry out general sports and rhythmic movement activities. The aim is to get a comprehensive and sufficient picture so that further research can be carried out in the future in creating a physically active and fit community. The study used survey methods for 5 categories of rhythmic activity that were popular in the community, namely SKJ Exercise, Low Impact Aerobics, High Impact Aerobics, Healthy Heart Exercise / Elderly, Zumba, and Dangdut Exercise. The conclusion of this study revealed a sufficient level of interest from the community towards Rhythmic activity as one of the interesting activities to maintain body fitness with the results that the average female respondents preferred rhythmic activity in general compared to male respondents.
Self-confidence as an important psychological component in the academic learning process is always interesting to review in various situations and learning models for physical education students, both in schools and colleges environment. Reinforcement that strengthens the quality of students’ self-confidence is something that might have a significant impact on improving students’ cognitive and even overall learning outcomes. This study aims to investigate the effect of reinforcement performed by the teacher on students’ self-confidence, as well as to reveal the effect of self-confidence itself on student learning outcomes cognitively. The self-confidence instrument used in this study was a self-confidence questionnaire, totaling 38 questions, which were addressed to 38 research sample students of physical education at universities. The confidence level of the samples themselves became the reference for categorizing the research samples into samples based on gender with high and low levels of confidence. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental test with 3 stages of testing to determine the cognitive abilities of students before and after the learning process, as many as 12 face-to-face meetings. The learning process is carried out using a collaborative learning model with the peer-teaching method carried out by 12 groups in turns. The data were then analyzed using statistical software with the conclusion of a significant effect between the confidence level of the samples on their cognitive abilities, and the reinforcement to enhance the student’s self-confidence carried out by the teacher in the middle of the learning process affected significantly in increasing the cognitive abilities of the samples in following the learning process.
In this study looking for how much the level of teacher ability in the development of physical education As for the stages of research as follows: (1) Conduct initial identification and analysis of the needs of the object and location of research and conduct preliminary studies, and also literature studies relating to research, (2) Arranging program plans regularly, (3) Arranging instructional, books or activity evaluation tools, (4) Developing research instruments to reveal the ability of physical education teachers in developing Physical Education learning (5) Conducting small group trials to Physical Education teachers; and (6) conducting field trials on physical education teachers. So the conclusion of this research is the experience factor which consists of teaching experience of children with special needs and contact experience with children with special needs. Third, knowledge factors consisting of teacher education background, training, knowledge, and teacher learning needs. Fourth, educational environment factors consisting of resource support, parent and family support, and the school system.
Tujuan penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat motivasi latihan atlet ketika melaksanakan latihan. Latar belakang dari pada penelitian ini adalah adanya ketidak konsistenan tingkatan prestasi yang ditunjukkan oleh Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Bola Basket Universitas Djuanda Bogor. Metode penelitian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei terhadap anggota tim Bola Basket yang terdiri dari 20 orang. Data berupa nilai angket pada skala likert di olah menggunakan statistik sederhana SPSS Versi 26 untuk mengetahui nilai statistik deskriptif sebagai hasil akhir penelitian. Hasil dan pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkatan motivasi atlet yang mengikuti latihan pada Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) bola basket di Universitas Djuanda Bogor berada pada mayoritas sedang. Hasil tersebut berdasarkan pertimbangan frekuensi terbanyak berada pada kriteria sedang 40%. Motivasi atlet pada kriteria sangat tinggi sebesar 5%, tinggi 20%, kurang 20% dan sangat kurang 15%. Kesimpulan. Persentase motivasi yang terungkap dari penelitian ini memiliki di dominasi kategori sedang, dengan presentase yang kurang lebih besar presentase nya dibanding presentase tinggi 25%<35%. Hal ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk dapat mengevaluasi program latihan psikologis dan mental training terhadap para atlit klub bola basket tersebut untuk pencapaian prestasi yang lebih baik lagi.
Dalam menjawab keinginan pasar terhadap produk gula aren sebagai komoditas konsumsi dan bahan baku usaha, produsen harus senantiasa melakukan berbagai upaya peningkatan mutu produk serta pengemasan yang lebih menarik dan segar untuk kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemasaran yang cerdas dan tepat sasaran serta dapat menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen. Hal ini menjadi fokus para mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) universitas Suryakancana 2019 dalam misinya mengembangkan atmosfer kewirausahaan di desa Cidadap tempat mereka di tempatkan. Hasil daripada kegiatan di masyarakat tersebut adalah inovasi produk, varian pengemasan yang lebih baik dan lebih dapat menjawab kebutuhan konsumen secara lebih detail serta metode pemasaran yang lebih efisien dan efektif dengan penggunaan fasilitas dunia maya secara lebih masif yang bertujuan menjangkau masyarakat yang lebih luas.
