Salah satu problematika pendidikan di Indonesia yang terbesar adalah rendahnya mutu pendidikan dasar di SD/MIyang sangat menentukan bagi kelanjutan pendidikan berikutnya. Pemerintah sesungguhnya telah mengupayakan berbagai kebijakan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, namun terbukti belum menghasilkan perbaikan yang signifikan. Dilihat dari pengamatan di lapangan, problematika rendahnya mutu pendidikan ini tampaknya lebih karena faktor mutu proses pembelajaran yang masih jauh dari kebutuhanpsikologispeserta didik. Namun, dengan ditetapkannya Kurikulum 2013 yang mengamanatkan kepada setiap guru di di SD/MI agar menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran tematik-terpadu adalah terobosan cerdas karena selaras dengan karakteristik berpikir peserta didik yang masih operasional konkret dan holistik. Kata kunci: Mutu pendidikan, kebijakan, pembelajaran tematik-terpadu, berpikir holistik.
Proses pembelajaran merupakan sebuah interaksi antara guru dan peserta didik dan juga sumber belajar yang dilaksanakan dalam sebuah lingkungan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tentang hambatan dalam proses pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi whatsapp. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, yang subjeknya berupa pendidik dan peserta didik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dan siswa memiliki kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Pembelajaran daring efektif untuk mengatasi penularan covid 19, namun pembelajaran daring bukan memudahkan proses pembelajaran namun malah menyulitkan guru dan peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri No. 79/VII dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Namun, ada kelemahan pembelajaran daring karena kurang nya pasilitas, mulai dari jaringan internet yang jelek, siswa yang belom semua mempunyai whatsapp, dan guru yang kurang menguasai internet sehingga pembelajaran tidak berjalan efektif dan tidak terawasi dengan baik selama proses pembelajaran daring, dan mahalnya biaya kuato menjadi tantangan tersendiri pembelajaran daring
Abstrac Policy implementation is a process applying of decision of policy which usually early with compilation of program, project of till to activities for resolving AbstrakImplementasi kebijakan adalah suatu proses penerapan keputusan kebijakan yang biasanya diawali dengan penyusunan program, proyek hingga ke kegiatan-kegiatan untuk pemecahan suatu masalah yang menjadi agenda kebijakan. Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia juga berencana untuk mengimplementasikan kebijakan Kurikulum 2013 di semua jenjang madrasah, termasuk salah satunya pada jenjang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, mulai tahun 2014. Implementasi ini berimplikasi pada perubahan berbagai aspek pendidikan di madrasah seperti Standar Proses, Standar Isi, Standar Kompetensi Lulusan, Standar Penilaian, maupun pada Buku Teks Pelajaran.Paradigma ini menjadi acuan seseorang atau institusi dalam mengambil kebijakan dan keputusan untuk bertindak.
The study of games in education is not new, from traditional games to modern website-based games have been done. Studies have even proved that traditional games have more proven value and benefits in the long run for education than modern games. However, the fact that the quality of education in various countries of the world is uneven, although they also know and have traditional games as part of its cultural elements. Like one of them can be seen in the quality of basic education in Indonesia, especially in the ability of thinking high level is still low. Moreover, in the 21st century students are required to have global skills of the 21st century. From this point the need to be studied about how the traditional Javanese games, as one of the greatest cultural heritages in Indonesia, can serve as a strategy to cultivate 21st century global skills for madrasah ibtidaiyah / primary school. This research is done by literature study with the method of textual criticism and external critic and then continued with synthesis. The findings of this study indicate that some traditional Javanese games are basically potential as a strategy to cultivate 21st century skills. This is not apart because the characteristics and form of some traditional Javanese game contains characteristics of 21st century skills that include critical thinking, communication, cooperation, and creativity.
Abstract This research describes several management of MI Nurul Ummah in order to improve the quality of education in the school, the type of research in this paper is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used by interview and also with various sources both from relevant books and journals. From the results of the writing, it is known that there are some policies implemented by MI Nurul Ummah management (1) Assisting the reading of Asmaul Husna, intends to educate students characters to love Allah through Asmaul Husna, (2) The implementation of Full Day School, the application of this policy is expected to make it easier to supervise students in the school, (3) Dhuha prayer in congregation, get children to pray in congregation and a good character building, (4) The training of teachers to upgrade teachers knowledge in order to produce a good quality of education. While that which is the inhibiting factors of the policy namely internal factors (Funds, Teachers, Students) external factors (Parents of Students, Society)
