Lonjakan perubahan metode pembelajaran terjadi cukup signifikan pada pandemi Covid-19. Setelah masuknya Covid-19 di Indonesia, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk menghilangkan pembelajaran tatap muka sementara. Pandemi Covid-19 telah menciptakan tantangan berikutnya dalam pendidikan keperawatan. Mahasiswa keperawatan, dilarang berpartisipasi dalam kesempatan belajar tatap muka dan pengalaman klinis "langsung". Dunia pendidikan keperawatan meresponnya dengan melakukan proses pembelajaran online melalui elearning (pembelajaran elektronik) yang dikembangkan oleh perguruan tinggi masing-masing dan sumber belajar online lainnya yang tersedia di dunia maya. Untuk mengakomodasi mahasiswa keperawatan yang dalam bahaya tidak maju dalam studi akademis mereka dan untuk menyelesaikan gelar. Kajian pustaka bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran metode pembelajaran selama pandemi. Pencarian literatur menggunakan database pubMed dan google scholar dengan kata kunci: pembelajaran online dan pendidikan keperawatan. Hasilnya adalah 5 jurnal periode 2016-2019 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil dari 5 jurnal yang dilihat secara lengkap melalui studi pustaka ini diperoleh 5 jurnal. Kesimpulan dari tinjauan pustaka ini adalah bahwa inovasi dan pengembangan serta penerapan dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan lompatan yang signifikan dalam budaya pembelajaran online. AbstrakBullying merupakan salah satu fenomena sosial yang sering terjadi di masyarakat, baik pada anak-anak, remaja, bahkan usia dewasa sekalipun. Kejadian bullying sangat bermacam-macam seperti pukulan fisik, pelecehan verbal, penyebaran gosip, pengucilan maupun penggunaan sosial media untuk mengirimkan berita buruk. Salah satu permasalahan pada korban bullying adalah cemas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektifitas writing therapy terhadap penurunan cemas pada remaja korban bullying di SMP Negeri 2 Kledung Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Quasi Experimental Design dengan metode Non Equivalent Control Grup Design pre-test post-test. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Pengukuran kecemasan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala ukur cemas HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). Intervensi writing therapy dilakukan sebanyak 8 kali pertemuan selama 4 pekan. Setiap pertemuan membutuhkan waktu 35 menit yang terbagi atas 4 sesi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan writing therapy efektif dalam menurunkan cemas p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Bullying includes actions such as physical blows, verbal abuse, the spread of gossip, exclusion and the use of social media to transmit bad news. One of the problems in victims of bullying are anxiety and how to overcome them is by using writing therapy. The purpose is this study was to determine the effectiveness of writing therapy to decrease anxiety in young victims of bullying in Junior High School 2 Kledung in Temanggung Regency. This study design was Quasi-Experimental Design method Design Non-Equivalent Control Group pre-test post-test. Respondents in this study were 40 respondents taken by method purposive sampling and were divided into 2 groups: control and intervention group. The anxiety in this study was measured by using a measuring anxiety scale HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). The intervention of writing therapy was done 8 times in 4 weks. Each meeting needed 45 minutes consisting of 4 sessions. The result showed that writing therapy was effective in reducing anxiety p = 0.001 (P <0.05).
ABSTRAKMerokok, melawan orang tua, membolos sekolah, keluyuran, berkelahi, tawuran, mencuri, memalak, berjudi, memperkosa, merampok bahkan sampai membunuh merupakan bentuk dari kenakalan remaja. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam menghadapi kenakalan anak dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan prefentif dan persuasif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh expressive writing therapy terhadap penurunan depresi, cemas, dan stres pada remaja di panti rehabilitasi sosial PSMP Antasena Magelang. Desain penelitian menggunakan true experimentpre-test post-test withcontrol group design dengan sampel berjumlah 25 orang untuk kelompok perlakuan dan 25 orang untuk kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling. Instrumen untuk menilai skor depresi, cemas, dan stres menggunakan kuesioner DASS 42. Skor depresi, cemas, dan stres sebelum dan sesudah diberikan expressive writing therapydilakukan dengan uji statistik Paired t test dan Wilcoxon. Terdapat pengaruh expressive writing therapy terhadap penurunan depresi dengan nilai p=0,001, terdapat pengaruh expressive writing therapy terhadap penurunan cemas dengan nilai p=0,001, terdapat pengaruh expressive writing therapy juga terhadap penurunan stres dengan nilai p=0,001. Hasil penelitian menyarankan agar expressive writing therapy dijadikan sebagai intervensi dalam penanganan depresi, cemas, dan stress pada remaja yang sedang menjalani proses rehabilitasi sosial. Expressive writing therapy dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan depresi, cemas, dan stres pada remaja yang sedang menjalani proses rehabilitasi sosial. Background - Social media provides many positive impacts and ease of interaction, but not a few negative impacts, one of them is anxiety. Indonesia ranks 4th in the world in the use of social media with an average duration of usage for 8 hours 51 minutes every day. Though adolescence is an age where someone is very susceptible to anxiety.
