This study aims to analyze the design changes of public service organizations by taking cases on licensing service organizations in Banyumas Regency. The results show that merging and pruning organizational structure becomes the only way in organizational design changes. This has led to public service organizations stuck on simplifying organizational structures and neglecting business processes. Therefore, through this research obtained an explanation of the importance of redesigning public service organizations by prioritizing the simplification of key business processes within the organization. The integrated organizational design becomes the best choice to realize more responsive and accountable public services. To integrate the process of integration between units within the organization, technology plays a very important role. Any organization that wants to go forward needs to develop a digital-based organization design rather than using a hierarchical mechanism for control and coordination. Such designs require strategic alignment and the culture of digital technology within the organization. The "actors-oriented" principle is central to the design of a digital-based integrated organization. If this is implemented correctly, then the workplace where the members of the organization are located can become more productive
Pengembangan desa wisata membutuhkan partisipasi masyarakat lokal dalam seluruh tahapan pengembangan dimulai dari perecanaan, pelaksanaan maupun pengawasan. Akan tetapi pada kenyataannya sering kali masyarakat justru tidak dilibatkan, partisipasinya malah terabaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauhmana keterlibatan masyarakat lokal dalam pengembangan desa wisata menggunakan strategi pengembangan desa wisata yang mengedepankan partisipasi masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Kedungbanteng tepatnya di Desa Melung kabupaten Banyumas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka, wawancara, serta observasi. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan desa wisata terlihat masih dominan, padahal bila mengacu kepada tata kelola pemerintah seharusnya hanya menjadi fasilitator, sedangkan pelaksanaan dan pengawasan diserahkan kepada masyarakat. Pengembangan Kebijakan desa wisata berbasis masyarakat sebagai upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat sangat perlu sekali diterapkan agar masyarakat merasakan dan mendapatkan manfaat dari adanya desa wisata. ABSTRACT The development of a tourist village requires the participation of local communities in all stages of development starting from planning, implementation and supervision. However, in reality, people are often not involved, their participation is neglected. This study aims to examine the extent of the involvement of local communities in the development of tourist villages using a tourism village development strategy that prioritizes the participation of local communities. This research was conducted in Kedungbanteng District, precisely in Melung Village, Banyumas Regency. Data was collected by means of literature study, interviews, and observation. While the analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the government's role in the development of tourist villages is still dominant, even though when referring to governance, the government should only be a facilitator, while the implementation and supervision is left to the community. The development of community-based tourism village policies as an effort to empower the community really needs to be implemented so that people feel and benefit from the existence of a tourist village. It is diaccompanied by the condition of Indonesia where the literature movement in the ability of students to read in the world of education and society is still relatively minimal. One that can be done through the school literacy movement is one form of government awareness of the importance of building a culture of literacy in the world of education in order to create a culture of reading and writing in the school environment as an effort to realize lifelong education. The main and most basic activities are directed at increasing interest in reading. The values of character education can be conveyed implicitly in every learning process, especially in Indonesian language learning. The use of digital literacy is also able to lead students to be able to capture and retrieve information from the internet with teacher monitoring. It is able to broaden students horizons in taking knowledge broadly and facilitate students to be creative freely with maximum monitoring and supervision.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between public service and community satisfaction as well as the relationship between e-service quality and community satisfaction in government organizations. The study uses quantitative descriptive research. In addition, the study also collects data to test hypotheses or to answer questions related to the variables to be studied. The study uses a data collection technique questionnaire method which is given to respondents whose contents are in the form of written statements related to the research object, namely public services, e-service quality and community satisfaction. The population studied in this study is the community. The number of samples in this study is 470 people. The study uses a purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique with considerations that meet the criteria. The criteria are people who have downloaded and used internet-based service applications provided by the Government. Variable measurement is based on a Likert scale. Each respondent's answer choices are given a score of values arranged in stages based on a Likert Scale arranged as follows: Strongly agree (5), agree (4), Neutral (3), disagree (2) and strongly disagree (1). The data analysis technique in this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool from the IBM SPSS AMOS 26 statistical software package in the model and hypothesis testing. The stages of structural equation modeling and analysis are divided into seven steps, namely: (1) theoretical model development, (2) compiling a path diagram, (3) converting a path diagram into a structural equation, (4) choosing an input matrix for data analysis, (5) assessing the identification of the model, (6) evaluating the estimation of the model, (7) interpretation of the model. Based on the results of the analysis, the results show that there is a significant positive effect of public service on community satisfaction in government organizations, and there is a significant positive effect of e-service quality on people's satisfaction in government organizations. Government leaders should pay attention to the factors that are considered to influence community satisfaction. Such as paying attention to service procedures for the community, improving procedures for service, including during the process of complaints, criticism and suggestions from the community, then paying attention to the time the service process is carried out, since efficiency in solving community problems also contributes to the comfort or satisfaction felt by the community.
Pencemaran sampah berdampak pada manusia, tumbuhan, dan lingkungan (air). Pada manusia menimbukan berbagai macam penyakit terutama yang berasal dari bakteri, selain itu pada tumbuhan pencemaran sampah berdampak kepada menurunnya kualotas tanaman, serta pada air akan berdampak kepada pencemaran air. Hal yang secara nyata terlihat adanya pencemaran sampah bagi kehidupan masyarakat. Masyarakat akan terkena dampak negatif dari pencemaran limbah, dan pengelolaan limbah yang tidak tepat akan mengakibatkan penyebaran virus termasuk polio, mielitis, dan hepatitis serta penyakit lainnya. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan metode focus group discussion (FGD) yang dilakukan dengan diskusi kelompok yang dipandu oleh moderator. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan sadar masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah menjadi barang bernilai ekonomi. Selain itu meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat, pemerintah desa dan sektor lain untuk saling bersinergi menciptakan lingkungan Desa Beji yang bebas sampah.
