Kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship) adalah kemampuan kreatif dan inovatif yang dijadikan dasar, kiat, dan sumber daya untuk mencari peluang menuju sukses. Pemasaran adalah kegiatan menyeluruh dan terencana yang dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan atau institusi dalam melakukan berbagai upaya agar mampu memenuhi permintaan pasar. Loyalitas merupakan suatu ukuran keterkaitan pelanggan kepada suatu produk atau merk tertentu. Ukuran ini mampu memberikan gambaran tentang mungkin tidaknya seorang konsumen beralih ke produk yang lain, terutama jika produk tersebut didapati adanya perubahan, baik harga maupun atribut lainnya. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan dengan membuat strategi penjualan dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang baik dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk kopi Gayo Lion.Kegiatan Project Based Learn (PBL) merupakan salah satu kegiatan penerapan ilmu yang telah kita pelajari selama perkuliahan kepada praktek dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya dan dapat mengimplementasikannya, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat. Melalui Kegiatan Project Based Learn (PBL) ini diharapkan bisa memberikan manfaat bagi kami selaku mahasiswa dan memberikan pengalaman sehingga bisa mempraktekkannya di dunia kerja. Target dan Luaran Berdasarkan kegiatan Project Based Learn (PBL) tentang strategi Kopi Gayo Lion dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan maka yang menjadi target dan luaran adalah sebagai berikut: Membuat pelanggan terus membeli produk kami dengan cara membuat suatu pelanggan tersebut puas terhadap produk yang kami jual misalnya dengan cara hal-hal yang kreatif dan tentunya teser kopi yang disukai pelanggan.

This study aims to determine how much influence the Government Internal Control System and Regional Financial Information System on the Quality of Financial Statements. From the calculation results obtained by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4,168 + 0,283X1 + 0,368X2, where from the equation it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence between the there variables. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0,935 and the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,874 shows the effect of the Government internal Control System and the Regional Financial Information System on the Quality of Financial Statements at the Bengkulu City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency is very strong. Constant (a) of 4,168 means that if the Govermment Internal Control System, Regional Financial Information System is equal to zero, the Quality of Financial Statements is 4,168. Regression Coeffient (b1) of 0,283 means that each increase in the value of the Government Internal Control System by 1%, the Quality of Financial Statements increases by 0,283. Regression Coefficient (b2) of 0,368 means that each increase in the value of the Regional Financial Information System by 1%, the Quality of Financial Statements increase by 0,368. Based on the t value obtained in the hypothesis test (t-test) with a confidence level of 95% and degrees of freedom (42-2-1), the Government Internal Control System t-test value is 2,260 ttable 1,68195. The tcount value of the Regional Financial Information System is 3,259 > ttable 1,68195. This means that Ha is accepted Ho is rejected, which means the hypothesis states that the Government Internal Control System and Regional Financial Information System has a positive effect on the Quality of Financial Statements. Based on the Fcount of 135,456 while Ftable 3,24 which means that the Government Internal Control System and the Regional Financial Information System simultaneously influence teh Quality of Financial Statements.

This study is about fish anesthesia using natural anesthetic ingredients. Natural anesthetic ingredients aim to reduce metabolism in Epinephelus sp. grouper fish. The immobilization method can be used to minimize high metabolism in Epinephelus sp. grouper fish. The purpose of this study was to obtain the influence of Datura metel L. seed extract on the onset time, recovery time, and live graduation of grouper fish Epinephelus sp. The results of the study, using extracts of natural anesthetic ingredients Datura metel L.seed with concentrations of 25%, 30%, and 35% can be concluded that it has a different influence (P<0.05) on the onset and recovered grouper fish. This study gave a life graduation rate of 100% in each concentration. The best concentration in this study was 35% concentration, with the fastest onset time of 3 minutes with a recovery time of 10.67 minutes. This study used a non-Factorial Complete Randomized Design

The main problem is aimed at knowing communication of Sindangsari village development in increasing social participation, rural development communication is a bridge of village and community apparatuses, opinion leaders who initiate development have an important role in planning, arranging, and choosing the right media to improve community participation in carrying out social activities. descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach using observation, interview, document and literature study data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the communication development of the Sindangsari village emphasizes the importance of social aspects regardless of social status, different cultural cultures.  Conclusion of village communication Sindangsari optimizing the smartphone and the internet through social media such as what'sapp, facebook, and instagram.
