This study explores the perception of online promotion, price and product quality on purchasing decisions during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The sample in this study is the community in the city of Semarang. Explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear with Likert Scale. These results indicate that during the pandemic, product quality has a very strong influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the buyer's decision becomes better for consumers who are able to recognize products from online promotions. In addition, online promotions that present prices provide an opportunity for consumers to make price comparisons. So this research is able to prove that online promotion, price perception and product quality are important considerations for consumers to make online purchases during the current Pandemic.
Employee performance is one of the determinants of achieving a goal expected by a company. Employee performance is influenced by several factors, including individual factors such as work discipline, work motivation and performance abilities, work experience. Also external environmental factors and internal environmental factors of the organization. Employee performance at the Primary KPRI Members of the PKPRI Semarang city is still not optimal, there are some employees who are less professional and disciplined who are not maximal. Based on these considerations, this study takes variables from individual factors, namely work motivation and work discipline. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (H1 accepted). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (H2 accepted). Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance by moderating organizational culture (H3 accepted). And work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance by moderating organizational culture (H4 accepted).
Human resource management is an essential field of study in the company because the problems faced are not only raw materials, capital, work tools, and production but emphasize the problems of human resources who run and manage employee performance factors. This study aimed to measure how much impact situational leadership style has on employee performance with the mediating role of employee engagement. This study uses the principle of explanatory research to test 83 respondents and the influence between variables in a structural model that seeks to examine the influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable. The analysis method in this study uses a structural analysis approach where the processing uses PLS software. This study consists of two exogenous variables, namely Situational Leadership Style, two endogenous variables consisting of one Mediation variable, Employee Engagement, and one dependent variable, Employee Performance. The data source used in this study uses primary data. The data collection process is carried out to get input from respondents and the research sample per the research design and variables. This research results in the direct and indirect positive influence of situational leadership style on employee performance, and employee involvement also positively influences employee performance.
Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi dari salah satu program Kepala Desa terpilih hasil pemilihan kepala desa (Pilkades) di Desa Kebonagung Kecamatan Ngampel Kabupaten Kendal yaitu menghidupkan kembali keberadaan BUMDes Taruna Agung di Desa Kebonagung yang belum bisa berjalan sesuai harapan masyarakat sejak awal berdiri. Tahap awal yang dilakukan Kepala Desa adalah merestrukturisasi pengelola BUMDes berdasar AD/ART BUMDes Taruna Agung. Pengetahuan yang sedikit dari pengelola BUMDes terpilih menjadi permasalahan baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, yaitu memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan tentang peningkatan kapasitas pengelola BUMDes terkait regulasi yang berlaku dalam tata cara mengelola BUMDes. This Research has a background from several teacher education qualifications that are not yet in accordance with the teacher's education qualifications that should be a teacher. The focus of the problem in this research is the influence of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance partially and simultaneously. So the purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the influence of two intelligence variables partially and simultaneously on the performance of Islamic based elementary school teachers in Tembalang District, Semarang City.This research method uses quantitative analysis. The number of samples is 87 people, so the data collection uses total sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, and data were tested using multiple regression analysis.The results of the study were intellectual intelligence that had a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance. Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. As well as intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Islamic based elementary school teachers in Tembalang District, Semarang City. The limitations in this study are that there is little time and minimal funding.
