Asthma is a disorder of chronic inflammation of the airways which causes shortness of breath so that in clinical conditions there will be a decrease in oxygen saturation. One intervention that can be done in asthma patients to maximize pulmonary ventilation is diaphragmatic breathing exercises. This study aimed to determine the effect of deep breath and position on the oxygen saturation (SpO2) and respiratory rate (RR)in asthma patients. This study used a quasi-experimental design with pretestposttest with control group. In this study the sample was taken using consequtives sampling with 15 people in one group and the entire study sample was 30 people. Measuring the SpO2 value of patients using Oxymetri and the frequency of breathing using a stopwatch for one minute. Intervention of deep breathing techniques and positioning and after observation for 30 minutes. The analysis used the Mann Whitney test. The results of the study showed the influence of deep breathing intervention and position on the SpO2 value of asthma patients (P Value = 0.001) and there was influence of deep breathing intervention and position on the RR value of asthma patients (P Value = 0.001). Asthma can be realized by proper management of asthma. Appropriate management includes making lung function close to normal, preventing recurrence of the disease to prevent death. AbstrakAsma adalah kelainan inflamasi kronik saluran napas yang menyebabkan sesak napas sehingga dalam keadaan klinis dapat terjadi penurunan saturasi oksigen. Salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan pada pasien asma untuk memaksimalkan ventilasi paru adalah latihan pernapasan diafragma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi nafas dalam dan posisi terhadap nilai saturasi oksigen dan frekuensi nafas pada pasien Asma. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest with control group. Dalam penelitian ini sampel diambil menggunakan consequtive sampling dengan 15 orang dalam satu kelompok dan seluruh sampel penelitian adalah 30 orang. Pengukuran nilai SpO2 pasien dengan menggunakan oxymetri dan frekuensi nafas menggunakan stopwatch selama satu menit. Intervensi teknik nafas dalam dan pengaturan posisi dan setelah observasi selama 30 menit. Analisis yang digunakakan uji mann whitney. Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh intervensi nafas dalam dan posisi terhadap nilai SpO2 pasien asma (P Value = 0,001) dan ada pengaruh intervensi nafas dalam dan posisi terhadap nilai RR pasien asma (P Value = 0,001). Peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien asma dapat diwujudkan dengan penatalaksanaan asma yang tepat. Penatalaksanaan yang tepat diantaranya membuat fungsi paru mendekati nilai normal, mencegah kekambuhan penyakit hingga mencegah kematian.
The research aims to find out how the use of YouTube Educative as education media by students, parents, and teachers in improving knowledge, skills, and creativity generally in education and especially in mathematics studies. Besides that research also recommend YouTube Educative to help students so that learning mathematics becomes fun. This study applied descriptive qualitative research.This study applied descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the principal (headmaster), students and mathematics teachers. The object of this research was YouTube. The results of the study found that principal (headmaster), teachers, and students had not taken the advantages of YouTube as educative media in mathematics learning activities. Youtube is mostly used for playing games, watching cartoons, funny videos, arts and cooking recipes. Recommendation related to the use of YouTube Educative help students more easily understand concepts and learn mathematics becomes more fun.
This article aimed to determine the practicality, validity, and test the effectiveness of material inquiry-based education. The research development procedure basically consists of two main objectives, namely: (1) develop products and (2) test the effectiveness of products in achieving goals. The results showed that the way to develop inquiry-based learning models reviewed the source supporting fish classification material, made the initial draft LKPD, do expert validation and revision, small-scale trials and large-scale trials. Based on the validity test, the developed LKPD was very valid category with an average value of 84.6 all aspects of the assessment. Students also gave a positive response to LKPD with was developed with an of 84.7. This indicated that the valid LKPD was used in the learning process. The effectiveness of LKPD has increased the achievement of student learning outcomes with the presentation of the pretest-posttest value gaining a value of 63.64%. The results of the research obtained be concluded that the LKPD developed meets the medium category, so that it was practical, valid and effective to use. The attainment of national education standards for Private Islamic Senior High schools in rural areas is a serious matter due to limited resources. This research aims to analyze the achievement of national education standards of process, staff and teacher, and school management in Private Islamic Senior High School. This study used a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, documents, observations and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that Private Islamic Senior High School in general met national standards through an evaluation of the external quality assurance system. Competency standards of process, staff and teacher, and school management are not achieved well because they are influenced by many other factors, including the fulfillment of facilities and educator standards during the COVID-19 pandemic despite peer online mentors. The fulfillment of these three standards cannot be carried out according to the challenge because students are learning from home and face problems related to the internet connection. As for management and financial standards, there were slight differences in Private Islamic Senior High School with the intervention from the foundation. The standards of educators and education personnel have not been thoroughly fulfilled due to the limited number of certified staff both teaching and education personnel. The achievement of national education standards in Private Islamic Senior High School still needs to be improved about process standards, management and teacher also the educational staff.
