This study aimed to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of tutorial model on distance learning Indonesian courses in the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) study program, State University of Medan. This research was a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data collection in this study was non-participant observation. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive percentages. The results showed that the planning tutorial model was significant, realistic, relevant, certain, thorough, adaptable, good time allocation and good planning content. The implementation of tutorial model had been going well and was in accordance with the syntax of the model. The evaluation of tutorial model was in accordance with the learning assessment indicators, namely educational, authentic, objective, accountable, and transparent.
This study aims to: (1) Analyze the effectiveness level of interactive learning media assisted by Macromedia Flash on story text learning that will be developed at Public Elementary School 060856 Medan Perjuangan Subdistrict. (2) Analyze how the level of interactive learning media assisted by Macromedia Flash in story text learning that will be developed at Public Elementary School 060856 Medan Perjuangan Subdistrict. This study uses Borg & Gall development research. Based on the analysis of learning media products assisted by Macromedia Flash from the experts, it was declared very effective and feasible to use with criteria of the validity of the material experts 85.42%, the design expert 91.00%, and the linguist 85.00%. Based on the completeness data of student learning outcomes before using interactive learning media assisted by Macromedia Flash obtained an average score of 62 while after using a large scale completeness reached an average of 90 with a gain score of 0.74 into the high category. And the student questionnaire responses to the effectiveness of interactive learning media assisted by Macromedia Flash reached 90% of 30 students. Based on this data interactive learning media assisted by Macromedia Flash are said to be effectively used in learning with the assumption that students' understanding of story text is higher when using interactive learning media assisted by Macromedia Flash.
This study aims to: (1) Analyze the implementation of learning to memorize the Qur'an in early childhood, (2) Analyze the ability to memorize the Qur'an in early childhood, (3) Describe the supporting factors and (4) describe the factors inhibitors of memorizing the Qur'an in early childhood in PAUD Bait Qurany Saleh Rahmany. Research using qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were: interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses the interaction model of Miles and Huberman, with steps : data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of learning to memorize the Qur'an in early childhood is done by using the talqin method, memorization techniques with Jarimatika formula, with visual, audio and kinesthetic patterns, (2) the ability to memorize the Qur'an ' in children, namely the ability of natural talent that is trained repeatedly and optimally until it becomes an achievement, (3) supporting factors in memorizing the Qur'an, namely parent support, interests and talents, and adequate school facilities, (4) factors inhibitors in memorization are the internal factors of the child and the external factors of the child. The results of the research are recommended to be applied in all Paud based on qur'an tahfiz by collaborating on the national curriculum and school-specific curriculum.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, bentuk agresif verbal anak usia 5-6 tahun, bentuk komunikasi orang tua anak yang cenderung berperilaku agresif verbal, dan perbedaan perilaku agresif verbal anak dilihat berdasarkan komunikasi orang tua pada anak usia 5-6 Tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode komparatif dengan sampel sebanyak 40 anak. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi orang tua (X), dan perilaku agresif verbal anak (Y). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi dan angket. Observasi dilakukan untuk melihat perilaku agresif verbal anak, dan angket untuk melihat jenis komunikasi orang tua. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; bentuk agresif verbal anak usia 5-6 tahun adalah respon anak dalam bentuk kata-kata kasar, bentuk komunikasi anak yang cenderung berperilaku agresif verbal adalah komunikasi tidak terbuka, komunikasi mengabaikan, komunikasi otoriter, komunikasi satu arah dan tanpa ada komunikasi, dan jenis komunikasi satu arah memiliki tingkat agresif verbal anak yang lebih tiggi dari jenis komunikasi lainnya.
Playing games is a part of the children’s life. In playing games the children are exploring and understanding their world. This article discusses how playing games can be used in children’s education. The children can play anywhere and anytime they want. The context, place, and time will determine the forms, activities, and game content. In playing games, the children plan, concentrate on doing certain tasks, solve problems, and express their ideas. This article concludes that playing games can be designed and used as a strategy of the children self development. Learning activities to be done by the children are integrated in playing activities. These activities facilitate the children to gain new knowledge and experience.
