Purpose:of the research is to prove experimentally the skilled football players training process in the annual macrocycle on the basis of programming.
Material:the skilled football players participated in a research (n=20, age 18-23 years). Control provided use of the following tests: 30 m run; shuttle run 7х50 m; long jump from the spot; Cooper's test.
Results:programs of training microcycles were developed. In each program such components of the training were considered: value and orientation of loads; means (non-specific and specific); modes of coordination complexity of exercises performance; training time; time for renewal of competition form, theoretical and psychological preparation; load coefficient value; intensity of training load coefficient.
Conclusions:Programming of training process has to be carried out on the basis of systemically structural approach: the development of programs of less structural formations has to be subordinated to the main structural formations. The structure of microcycles includes programs of trainings. Programs of stages consist of a series of training microcycles programs. The program of a training cycle unites all structural formations.
Today it is important to develop a Specialized set of Scientific and Methodological support for long-term training of Veteran Judokas, which will ensure the formation of an effective Technical and Tactical Arsenal of wrestlers of the studied category (taking into account their individual-typological, psychophysical features) and promote their successful Competitive activities.
The main Purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of the Experimental Program of Technical and Tactical training of Veteran Judokas in the System of their annual Training Cycle. During the Empirical Study, the following methods were used: abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling, expert evaluation method, mathematical and statistical (correlation analysis, factor analysis, scaling), modern scientific tools and more.
As a result of Research and Analytical work, members of the Research Group determined the effectiveness of the Experimental Program of Technical and Tactical training of Veteran Judokas in the System of their annual training Cycle. It is established that the gradual Formation of Technical and Tactical skills of Veteran Judokas (different age groups and weight categories) taking into account the peculiarities of the annual training Cycle provides an increase in their competitive activity, which indicates the high efficiency of the Experimental Program.
Prospects for Further Research in the chosen direction of Scientific Intelligence include the development of a Pedagogical Model with technical means of teaching the Formation of Readiness of Veteran judokas (women) for competitive activities in the System of their long-term training.
Taking into account the results of the analysis of scientific-methodical, special and reference literature, it is established that the issue of analytical and statistical review of technical and tactical training of highly qualified athletes specializing in sambo (women), champions and prize-winners of the 2021 World Cup (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) – Insufficient number of scientific and methodological works is devoted, which requires further research and emphasizes the relevance and practical component of the chosen direction of scientific research. The main purpose of the research is to analyze the technical and tactical arsenal of elite athletes (women, Top 3) who specialize in sambo, champions and winners of the "World Cup – 2021" (Tashkent, Uzbekistan). During the theoretical research, the members of the research group used the following methods: abstraction, measurement, expert evaluation, survey, comparison, observation, etc.
As a result of theoretical research, members of the research group analyzed the technical and tactical arsenal of athletes (women) specializing in high-skilled sambo, champions and winners of the 2021 World Cup, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
