The purpose of this study is to identify the patterns of the formation, use and development of human resources at a large construction enterprise, as well as the analysis of the main economic indicators based on the use of statistical information. In order to achieve this goal the following tasks were solved: theoretical approaches to the term “staff development” were studied; the methods of personnel development, applied to construction plant; the technical and economic indicators of the activity of building enterprise on the basis of statistical information were revealed. The methodological framework is based on the methods of studying systems analysis, comparisons and analogies, economic-mathematical modeling. As a result of the study it is found that the increase of the completed construction directly depends on the quality of personnel, on its development and improvement. The relevance of the study is confirmed by the fact that the position of Russia in the construction world is quite significant. Due to the large-scale construction, Russia is able to ensure a high level of development of its own economy. To do this, it is necessary to increase investment in the development of human resources.
The object of the study is the institutional and infrastructural environment for managing the formation and development of human capital in cooperation with the regional labor market in the context of digitalization. The subject of the study is the organizational and economic relations associated with the process of human capital management in the socioeconomic development of the region. The purpose of the study is to generalize and develop theoretical principles and develop guidelines for innovative management of the formation of human capital in the digital economy of the region. As a result of the study, the following tasks were solved: justify the need for a mechanism for using new business models for transforming traditional sectors of the digital economy of the region; explore the labor market and staff competencies in the digital era of the region's development; evaluate the contribution of digitalization to the economic growth of innovative management of the formation of human capital development; to form an idea of the impact of quality education on the development of human capital; to analyze the effectiveness of higher education institutions as one of the fundamental factors in the formation of human capital. The article presents the average annual values of the additional contribution of growth factors to the added value of economic sectors as a result of digitalization. The article assesses the contribution of digitalization to GDP growth as an accumulated result, estimates the contribution of digitalization to GDP growth. The proposed methodology for assessing the effectiveness of universities, consisting of six different indicators: educational, research, international, financial and economic activity, the salary of faculty and employment, allows reflecting all categories of indicators that have median values. The problem of managing the formation of human capital in a digital economy is being addressed. The purpose of this article is to study the place and role of human capital in the socio-economic development of the region. The objectives of the study are: analysis of the role of human capital in the development of the region's economy, the formation of human capital as an element of the region's socio-economic system, and assessment of investment in education.The methodological foundations of the study are the methods of system analysis, comparison and analogy, logical and semantic modeling. These methods are used as a theoretical basis in the work of domestic and foreign scientists on the formation and development of human capital.Sources of information are economic and other specialized literature, articles from periodicals, research results, experience of leading Russian and foreign companies. The result of this study is the conclusions drawn from the assessment of human capital in the socio-economic development of the region.
