Small and Medium sized enterprises (SMEs) plays important role in Indonesia economic. It contributes to 99.9% of national economic, 97% to employment and 60.34% to Indonesia GDP. Moreover, Indonesia is known to be one of the most internet users. However, currently, there is lack of studies to understand the role of digital technology and entrepreneur orientation on influencing the performance of SME’s in Indonesia. This study aims to develop a conceptual model linking entrepreneurial orientation, digital technology capability and SME performance. This study is using Systematic literature review (SLR) method. The result of SLR was used as the based for the concept development. More than 1100 publication published from 2010 to 2019 were screened with entrepreneurial orientation, digital technology and SMEs’ performance as keywords. Finally, 34 journals were included for this review. Based on the review there were three possible relationships in the conceptual model which are (1) there is a positive relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance; (2) there is a positive relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and digital technology capability and (3) there is a positive relationship between digital technology capability and firm performance. It concludes with the need for further study to find empirical validation of the three relationships. Contribution of this study is giving the conceptual framework that both entrepreneurial orientation and digital technology capability might have important roles to SMEs’ performance in Indonesia
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi siswa dan kemampuan teknologi digital serta peran kemampuan teknologi digital dalam memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap prestasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kausalitas. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA yang ada di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek) dengan jumlah 200 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian kuesioner, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM ( Structural Equation Model) dengan menggunakan Program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap prestasi siswa adalah positif dan signifikan dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,00. Motivasi mempengaruhi prestasi sebesar 38,50%. Pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap kemampuan teknologi digital adalah positif dan signifikan dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,00. Motivasi mempengaruhi kemampuan teknologi digital sebesar 47,40%. Pengaruh langsung kemampuan teknologi digital terhadap prestasi siswa adalah positif dan signifikan dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,00. Kemampuan teknologi digital mempengaruhi prestasi sebesar 51,8%. Pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi terhadap prestasi siswa melalui motivasi belajar adalah positif signifikan dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,00. Motivasi mempengaruhi prestasi dengan dimediasi oleh teknologi digital sebesar 0,1825. Kemampuan teknologi merupakan variabel mediasi pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi siswa. Pengaruh motivasi siswa terhadap kinerja siswa lebih tinggi bila dimediasi oleh kemampuan teknologi digital, dibandingkan motivasi siswa secara langsung terhadap kinerja siswa.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan teknologi digital terhadap prestasi siswa SMA di jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMA di jabodetabek. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non probability sampling jenis sampling incidental. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan Rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 200 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa nilai sig sebesar 0,00, maka tolak Ho sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemampuan teknologi digital terhadap prestasi siswa. Besar pengaruh kemampuan teknologi terhadap prestasi siswa yaitu 51,80% dan sisanya 48,20% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the national, international (cambridge) curriculum and specializations (olympics, research, and professionals) at SMA Wardaya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques, namely through document studies, interviews, and observations. The research instrument used was a list of interview questions, observation sheets, and student response. The data obtained were then analyzed using an interactive data pattern, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results showed that the implementation of national, international and specialization curricula (olympics, research and professionals) at SMA Wardaya could improve the quality of education at SMA Wardaya. This can be seen from the planning, implementation and evaluation of curriculum programs carried out by school principals, representatives of the curriculum, teachers and students are classified as good. In addition, based on questionnaires and observations on the implementation of learning, it also shows that 100% of teachers implement the learning process in accordance with the national, international and specialization curricula (Olympic, research and professional) curricula. The results of the questionnaire on student responses to the implementation of an integrated curriculum of national, international, and specialization (olympic, research, and professional) curriculum at SMA Wardaya showed 75, 60 % of students responded well. Students become more motivated in learning and can develop their skills.
