This study aims to examine the digital compliance of museums in Jakarta towards the accessible information concept. Furthermore, this study also explores the millennials’ perception towards digital technology adoption for museum. Taman Mini Indonesia Indah website was employed to remark the research object. Hence, 18 museums were finalized as of this research object. Data was accumulated through direct field observation in all museums and interview with museum staff. Meanwhile, a survey with questionnaire was distributed to gather the digital technology and accessible information perception of the museum. Also, other accessibility information data was gathered through content analysis. The findings reveal accessible information compliance in term of printed material, digital document, audio visual content, website, application, self- service terminal, and signage. Findings also show that Museum Olahraga turns out to be the most compliance regarding its accessible information and providing digitalization facilities such as interactive digital signage, augmented reality, interactive video mapping, automatic display slider, interactive kiosk, and interactive light show. However, the result shows that only several museums comply with digital context. This research implication is to deliver the best practice for the museum to anticipate future trends to ensure better experiences for the visitors.
The background to this research is based upon the phenomenon that is where lectures performances is not optimal so that the students' quality not favorable. As for the main factor, is the despicable performance of lecturer job satisfaction is low. Based on the previous researches, low job satisfaction is often caused by non-optimal of communication, work motivation and competences of lecturers at the private tourism college in west java. This study aims to acknowledge and analyze the impact of communication, work motivation and competences on job satisfaction and its implication on lecturers' performance in West Java private tourism college. This study uses a descriptive and explanatory survey approach. In this study, the samples were 224 lecturers in west java private colleges. The research used path analysis to interpret and explain the data result. The research concludes that there is an influence of the communication on job satisfaction of 3, 6%. Furthermore, the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction was 20, 3% and the effect of competences on job satisfaction were 12, 9%. In overall, the influence of independent variables on the job satisfaction was 70%, while the remaining 30% was from the other factors which were not examined for this research.
Implementing health protocols is one of the hotel industry's survival strategies in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Although many studies have examined the importance of management strategies in dealing with disasters in the context of the Covid-19, there has been no study analyse the level of guest satisfaction on the preparedness of star hotels during the 'New Normal Era in Bandung, West Java. This research was conducted to evaluate guest satisfaction on star hotels' preparedness by collecting data from guests who had stayed during the pandemic. Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) by sampling 100 respondents was used to assess guest satisfaction with performance, especially within the star hotel section, then dividing the results into four quadrants (Priority, Maintain, Low priority, and Excessive) and Guest satisfaction determine by using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). IPA analysis results show most of hotel section have implemented the preparedness health protocol that exceeds guests' expectations. Measurement of the guest satisfaction index shows guests are very satisfied with star hotels' preparedness in reducing the risk of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, star-hotels still need improve the preparedness by adapting and innovating service through technology.
This study aims to identify and analyze (1) the effect of service quality and tourist satisfaction, (2) the effect of service quality on loyalty Tourists, (3) the effect of satisfaction on loyalty Tourists in Tourism Regions Integrated Trans Studio Bandung. The research method used is explanatory research, which would explain the causal relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable through hypothesis testing. In this study the data used in the form of primary data obtained the results of questionnaires. While the analysis of the data used in the form of descriptive analysis and analysis of simple and multiple linear regressions. Based on the results of this research is that (1) quality of service and a significant positive effect on tourist satisfaction in integrated tourism Trans Studio Bandung. That is good service quality can increase the confidence rating on the quality of services offered, with the optimum service quality satisfaction of tourists will increase by itself, (2) quality of service and a significant positive effect on loyalty Tourists in integrated tourism Trans Studio Bandung. This means that service quality also has a strategic role in shaping wisatawa loyalty. A tourist will be loyal to a tourist attraction if tourism is well able to meet their needs, (3) Tourist satisfaction and a significant positive effect on loyalty Tourists in integrated tourism Trans Studio Bandung. This means that if a tourist was satisfied with the services received, the loyalty will be formed.
This research aims to find out how the current profile of tourism in Medan City is and how is the sustainable development gastronomic tourism in Medan City at this time. The method used by the researcher in this study is qualitative method with observation, interview method: The interviews that will be conducted in this study are interviews with key informants, namely the management of gastronomic tourism in the city of Medan and several stakeholders related to the development of culinary tourism in the city of Medan. Medan, literature study method, documentation method. The objects studied are gastronomic tourism products in the city of Medan the technique sample used convenience sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is data triangulation. The research results show that the profile of the culinary tourism potential of the city of Medan is: (1) Bolu Meranti, (2) Merdeka Walk, (3) Ramadhan Fair, (4) Bika Ambon, (5) ie Aceh Titi Bobrok, (6) Ucok Durian, (7) Pagaruyung Culinary, (8) Tip Top Restaurant, (9) Ocean Pacific and (10) Amaliun Foodcourt (11) Kesawan Square. This study indicates that the potential for gastronomic tourism in Indonesia is Medan city in general, all of its gastronomic tourism has potential to develop. Meanwhile, the study of Gastronomic Tourism in Medan City is: (1) Developing a Strategy, (2) Sharpening brand power, (3) Promoting Medan Food and Creating the right Route for promotion. This research presents future research directions in the field of sustainable gastronomic tourism.
