The background to this research is based upon the phenomenon that is where lectures performances is not optimal so that the students' quality not favorable. As for the main factor, is the despicable performance of lecturer job satisfaction is low. Based on the previous researches, low job satisfaction is often caused by non-optimal of communication, work motivation and competences of lecturers at the private tourism college in west java. This study aims to acknowledge and analyze the impact of communication, work motivation and competences on job satisfaction and its implication on lecturers' performance in West Java private tourism college. This study uses a descriptive and explanatory survey approach. In this study, the samples were 224 lecturers in west java private colleges. The research used path analysis to interpret and explain the data result. The research concludes that there is an influence of the communication on job satisfaction of 3, 6%. Furthermore, the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction was 20, 3% and the effect of competences on job satisfaction were 12, 9%. In overall, the influence of independent variables on the job satisfaction was 70%, while the remaining 30% was from the other factors which were not examined for this research.
This study aims to identify and analyze (1) the effect of service quality and tourist satisfaction, (2) the effect of service quality on loyalty Tourists, (3) the effect of satisfaction on loyalty Tourists in Tourism Regions Integrated Trans Studio Bandung. The research method used is explanatory research, which would explain the causal relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable through hypothesis testing. In this study the data used in the form of primary data obtained the results of questionnaires. While the analysis of the data used in the form of descriptive analysis and analysis of simple and multiple linear regressions. Based on the results of this research is that (1) quality of service and a significant positive effect on tourist satisfaction in integrated tourism Trans Studio Bandung. That is good service quality can increase the confidence rating on the quality of services offered, with the optimum service quality satisfaction of tourists will increase by itself, (2) quality of service and a significant positive effect on loyalty Tourists in integrated tourism Trans Studio Bandung. This means that service quality also has a strategic role in shaping wisatawa loyalty. A tourist will be loyal to a tourist attraction if tourism is well able to meet their needs, (3) Tourist satisfaction and a significant positive effect on loyalty Tourists in integrated tourism Trans Studio Bandung. This means that if a tourist was satisfied with the services received, the loyalty will be formed.
Pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi dilakukan bagi setiap mahasiswa semester enam pada Prodi Manajemen Tata Hidang di Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pelaksanaan uji kompetensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir Prodi Manajemen Tata Hidang; (2) hasil uji kompetensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir Prodi Manajemen Tata Hidang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel mandiri, yaitu: sebaran unit uji kompetensi dan hasil uji kompetensi. Hasilnya 48 mahasiswa / asesi atau 100% dinyatakan Kompeten pada Skema Sertifikasi Kualifikasi Sertifikat V Bidang Tata Hidang (Food And Beverage Service) Untuk Supervisor-Penyelia dan Administrasi

Wakil Presiden adalah suatu jabatan yang diemban oleh seseorang yang mendapat amanah untuk membantu seorang Presiden dalam menjalankan roda pemerintahan. Wakil Presiden merupakan pembantu dari seorang Presiden, Pembantu disini adalah seseorang yang dengan penuh tanggungjawab melakukan segala sesuatu tugas yang diberikan oleh Presiden kepadanya. Permasalahan dalam penelitan ini adalah Pertama, bagaimanakah peranan Wakil Presiden dalam sistim pemerintahan di Indonesia kedua, Bagaimanakah kedudukan hukum dan tanggungjawab Wakil Presiden dalam sistim pemerintahan Republik Indonesia. Metode penelitian normatif kualitatif, hasil penelitian menunjukan peranan wakil presiden sangat penting dalam sistem pemerintahan presidensial dan Kedudukan Wakil Presiden di Indonesia tidak diatur secara tegas, sehingga peranan dan kedudukan Wakil Presiden sangat tergantung kepada kedudukan yang diberikan oleh Presiden. Ketidaktegasan itu membuat kedudukan Wakil Presiden menjadi rancu dengan kedudukan para menteri, karena sama-sama membantu Presiden.

Therefore the interest of the company to maintain the performance of its employees, as management's assessment of the company. In creating a good performance, it is necessary to factor that can create the best performance. Training is a factor that can improve employee performance. Indication of the low performance of employees in Cafe the Family Club Eldorado Tortilla Bandung allegedly due to lack of effective implementation of the training program at the hotel. The low performance is caused by the waitress several factors which include lack of training implementation.Implementation of training greatly affect the performance of the waitress, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis are correlated between the effect of the training on the performance that is equal to 0.869 in the strong range. And the coefficient of determination of 71.4%, meaning that 71.4% of performance is determined by training. While 28.6% influenced by factors - other factors.In addressing this issue, needs to be improved with the implemented training to employees.
