Intellectual Capital performance tends to increase the firm value. The effect of intellectual capital to firm value will increase rapidly whenever supported by robust implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). This study is performed to observe mediating effect of GCG to the intellectual capital impact on firm value. From the 48 initial populations, banking institutions listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange, by using purposive sampling method, were selected 29 companies as the samples for the period of 2016-2018. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to analize the data. This research summarized that intellectual capital had a positive significant effect on Firm Value. This study also proved that GCG components, Audit Comitee and board of directors, has mediating role to the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value as well. Otherwise, independent commisioner and institutional ownership, has no mediating effect.
This research aims to explore the commitment of Indonesian mining companies to environmental sustainability and ensure that they operate following ethical rules without damaging the nature. A content analysis investigates information related to the environment. Research sources include 33 environmental items seen from 7 sustainability reports of Indonesian mining companies. The text’s substance is also examined by identifying various specific characteristics of a message objectively, systematically, and in general. Research results showed that out of 45 mining companies in Indonesia, only 7 had disclosed sustainability reporting. All companies had an environmental commitment but with different stressing. Some companies reveal more about biodiversity; some are more focused on managing both renewable and nonrenewable energy, while others concentrate on effluents and waste. Since mining companies use numerous natural resources as their raw material, these companies should be more committed and concerned about the sustainability of nature and the environmental damage it causes. This study only examined seven sustainability reports from Indonesian mining companies. For future research, the researcher suggested observing annual reports of mining companies that do not disclose sustainability reporting and expressed concerns about the environment, both in Indonesia and Asia as a whole.

This paper aims to portray the social commitments in the sustainability reporting of mining enterprises in Indonesia. This research was using content analysis as a tool of study, by completing throughout symbol coding from the thirty-four social items of Sustainability Reporting of six mining enterprises listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2019. The afterward step is verifying the symbol or message systematically, then constructing the results. The research discoveries that all the companies in this research are committed to the social aspect, with a different emphasis. The greatest social aspect reveals are to commit to occupational-health-and safety. The next important aspect is to improve the life quality of the communities by continuously expanding impacts, following by plan, and apply community encouragement programs that are essential and powerfully impactful. Further, the corporates also give more attention to connect with the nearby communities and create significant changes for well living standards. Meanwhile, this study is qualitative research, it suggested for the upcoming research to develop in quantitative research.
