This research is a follow-up study from previous research on strategic planning to establish Ma’had Aly Pondok Quran in Bandung. This research focused on the curriculum and facilities in Ma’had Aly Pondok Quran in Bandung. Using descriptive qualitative field research, the data is collected through documentation, observation, and interviews. The data is analyzed utilizing strategic factors analysis summary. The subject of the research is the head of Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran, the Muhafizh, the person in charge of the development of human resources and infrastructure of Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran, also twenty Ma’had Aly students. The results showed that the standard content of the material in Ma'had Aly curriculum still needed to be added and adjusted to support the legality of Ma'had Aly. The material that needs to be added in Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran is Manhaj Da'wah, Tafsir, Ulumul Qur'an and its branches of knowledge, Tauhid, Worship Fiqh, Computers, English, and Research Methodology. Whereas the infrastructure facilities of Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran which are the priority in development are pesantren dormitories for man and classes to support learning.
This study aims to determine the financing management at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mansyuriyah Cianjur. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative research. This method seeks to describe the state and interpret objects according to what is in the field. Data collection through participant observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data unicitation, data categorization and data interpretation. To test the validity of the data, this research was conducted by checking the data on the extension of participation, perseverance of observation, and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Madrasa financing sources come from the leadership of the foundation, Madarasah Operational Assistance (BOM), School Operational Assistance (BOS) both from the central government and regional government, student cooperatives, Infaq, Waqf, Zakat, Sodaqoh and Grants, 2) Planning (Budgeting) for madrasah financing begins by first making the Madrasah Activity and Budget Plan (RKAM), the source of the budget developed in the Madrasah RKAM Aliyah Al-Manshuriyah Cianjur include routine budget funds, development and maintenance budgets, education support funds, funding funds society, 3) Madrasah financing recording and bookkeeping is marked by the presence of an income control book, cash book / financial bookkeeping, and SPJ completed with valid evidence, 4) Auditing includes, evaluation, evaluation, accountability and conformity checks achieved. Reporting at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mansyuriyah is conveyed to the guardians of students, principals, teachers, school committees, foundations and to the government in this case represented by supervisors.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemukan pada studi pendahuluan yaitu masih banyaknya siswa yang kurang memahami konsep tentang sistem reproduksi pada manusia yang disebabkan suasana pembelajaran di kelas yang cenderung didominasi oleh guru yang aktif dan siswa yang pasif. Oleh karena itu diperlukan proses pembelajaran untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yaitu dengan model pembelajaran Problem Solving dan Problem Based Learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan terhadap hasil belajar siswa setelah dilakukan penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Solving dan Problem Based Learning pada materi Sistem Reproduksi Manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Eksperimental Design dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design.. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 1 Ciparay, yaitu kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 dan XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 dengan jumlah siswa masing-masing kelas sebanyak 40 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan yang mengukur ranah kognitif berupa 20 soal pilihan ganda. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data pada kelas eksperimen 1 yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Solving menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pretest 45,88 dan nilai ratarata posttest 76,50, sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen 2 yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning rata-rata pretest 45,12 dan nilai rata-rata posttest 64,75. Setelah dilakukan posttest dilanjutkan dengan uji t dan diperoleh hasil signifikan, karena t hitung > t tabel pada taraf α = 0,05%, yakni 5,98 > 1,99, maka H 0 ditolak dan H a diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model Problem Solving lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model Problem Based Learning pada materi sistem reproduksi manusia.
The low ability of students to ask questions, express idea and record well and quickly make the students less focus on the material presented by the teacher. This situation lead the researchers to apply Cooperative Integrated learning model Reading and Composition (CIRC) with Mind Mapping. The objectives of this study is to describe the learning process of teachers and students as well as to analyze students' critical thinking skills by using Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) model with Mind Mapping on grade XI IPA SMAN 1 Bojongsoang. This research used Pre-Experiment method with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. Analysis of research data include normality test, t-test or wilcoxon test. The results showed that RPP validation is very feasible to be used in learning with percentage of 91.3%, and the implementation of teacher and student learning is very good. Wilcoxon test showed that Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) learning model with Mind Mapping can give positive contribution to students' critical thinking ability on excretory system material.
