Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan Computational Thinking (CT) mahasiswa selaku calon guru, serta terjadinya perubahan sistem pembelajaran dari tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran secara daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan computational thinking matematis mahasiswa melalui bahan ajar berbasis multimedia interaktif guna mendukung pembelaran online. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif (kuasi eksperimen) yang dilaksanakan di 2 Universitas yang berada di provinsi Riau. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa calon guru matematika yang mengontrak mata kuliah Struktur Aljabar di UIR (kelas eksperimen) dan mahasiswa calon guru matematika di UPP (kelas kontrol). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan computational thinking dan data hasil tes diolah dengan uji statistik. Uji normalitas menggunakan Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji homogenitas menggunakan Levene serta uji Anova 2 jalur. Berdasarkan hasil uji Anova 2 jalur, diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,001 < α = 0,05. Artinya terjadi peningkatan kemampuan computational thinking matematis mahasiswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis multimedia interaktif.Kata Kunci: bahan ajar, computational thinking, multimedia interaktif, pembelajaran online
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik Write Pair Square (WPS) terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Kampar tepatnya di Bangkinan Barat, Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Two-Group Posttest Only Design. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan mengundi semua kelas populasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik WPS terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Bangkinang Barat.
This study aims to look at the effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the mathematical representation ability of class VIII students of SMPN 2 Tambusai Utara. The research method used is quasi-experiment involving two classes, namely as a control class and an experimental class. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Tambusai Utara Academic Year 2018/2019 which involved classes VIII a and VIII b. The students' mathematical representation ability test instrument used 3 questions in the form of descriptions. Data analysis was performed using SPSS with Liliefors Test as data normality test, Fisher Test as Homogeneity test data and t-test for average similarity test. The results of the study revealed that there was an influence of the STAD type cooperative learning model on the mathematical representation ability of students, meaning that the value of the representation of the experimental class students was better than the value of the control class. The average obtained by the experimental class was 77.27, while for the average value of the control class was 67.74.
This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of the Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, and Transferring (REACT) learning strategy on the mathematical communication skills of grade VII students at MTs Ash-Shohibiyah Bangun Purba. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment study with the Posttest Only Control Group Design design. This study's population were students of class VII MTs Ash-Shohibiyah Bangun Purba with a sample of class VII.1 and class VII.2. Samples were obtained using random sampling techniques. The experimental class uses the REACT strategy, while the control class uses conventional learning. This research instrument is a question of a description of mathematical communication skills. Posttest data on mathematical communication skills obtained were analyzed data to test the hypothesis. The normality test results showed that data were normally distributed, and the homogeneity test results showed that the data had variants that were not homogeneous. Hypothesis testing used the t 'test because the data were normally distributed and not homogeneous. The results of the calculation concluded that there was an effect of the learning strategy of Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, and Transferring (REACT) on the mathematical communication skills of grade VII students at MTs Ash-Shohibiyah Bangun Purba.
