The unique human resource governance role has significantly contributed to achieving the University's mission and vision. We have carried out this study to prove the role of quality human resources in achieving the University's mission. The phenomenological approach involves, among other things, a data coding system, in-depth evaluation, high integration, and concluding the principles of validity and reliability. Context of higher education from the 15 publications we reviewed and backed up by other findings in the context of the role of HR and achieving university goals in higher education studies was resulting of this study. These findings will be helpful in the development of similar studies in the future.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh quality of work life dan penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap komitmen organisasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah Dosen Politeknik Pusmanu Pekalongan adalah 34 orang. Hasil penelitian dapat diperolehquality of work life dan penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dosen Politeknik Pusmanu Pekalongan. Quality of work life, penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dosen Politeknik Pusmanu Pekalongan. Komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel yang mengintervening pengaruh quality of work life dan penggunaan teknologi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatifdosen Politeknik Pusmanu Pekalongan.
Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan tidak hanya bergantung pada peralatan modern, fasilitas, dan infrastruktur yang lengkap, tetapi juga dibutuhkan karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan ditinjau dari Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dan komitmen organisasi karyawan melalui Organization Citizen Behavior (OCB). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausalitas, penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antara dua atau lebih variabel. Objek penelitian ini adalah Kospin Jasa Pekalongan. Hasil yang diperoleh: (1) LMX berpengaruh terhadap OCB. (2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCB Kospin Jasa Pekalongan. (3) Pertukaran Anggota Bursa mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan Kospin Jasa Pekalongan. (4) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Kospin Jasa Pekalongan. (5) OCB berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Kospin Jasa Pekalongan. (6) LMX memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB. (7) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB.
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work engagement and learning orientation on competence. To test and analyze the effect of work engagement, learning orientation and competence on employee performance. To test and analyze the effect of work engagement and learning orientation on employee performance mediated by competence.The population in this study were employees of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. The Pekalongan Branch is 65 Debt Collector employees. The research method uses analytical tools in the form of mediation test analysis.The results of the study were obtained as follows. Work involvement and learning orientation have a positive and significant influence on employee competencies in PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Pekalongan Branch.
