Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kepemimpinan inovatif pada pendidikan anak usia dini dalam perspektif merdeka belajar era new normal di Kota Gorontalo Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data terdiri dari 38 orang kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan inovatif kepala sekolah di Kota Gorontalo berada pada kategori baik dengan tingkat persentase 79,53%. Kebaruan yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala-kepala sekolah di masa datang harus lebih memiliki jiwa revolusioner yang mampu menerima dan mengimplementasikan perubahan melalui visi, misi, dan tujuan untuk mengembangkan sekolah. Dampak dari hasil penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah perlu bekerjasama bersama tim melalui kreativitas tim dan inovasi organisasi serta cara kerja tersistem dalam inovasi organisasi melalui kreativitas individu secara visual paham akan informasi aktual secara digital untuk mewujudkan merdeka belajar untuk saat ini dan masa depan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang Analisis Kompetensi Profesional Guru SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo di Kota Gorontalo . Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dalam bentuk tabel frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa : (1) penguasaan materi, struktur, konsep dan pola pikir keilmuan yang mendukung mata pelajaran yang diampu oleh guru berada pada kategori amat baik, (2) penguasaan standar kompetensi dan kompetensi dasar pada mata pelajaran yang diampu oleh guru berada pada kategori amat baik, (3) pengembangan materi pembelajaran yang diampu secara kreatif oleh guru berada pada kategori baik, (4) pengembangan keprofesian secara berkelanjutan oleh guru berada pada kategori baik, dan (5) pemanfaatan TIK untuk pengembangan diri oleh guru SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo berada pada kategori baik.
This study examined multiple intelligence based students' character building strategy by focusing on school strategy in building intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence. This is a case study research with qualitative approach. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation while the obtained data were analyzed by individual case analysis. Research finding showed that: 1) Strategies of the school in building students' intellectual intelligence were through (a) quiz competition, (b) students' creativity competition and (c) nou and uti competition. 2) School strategyies in building emotional intelligence were through (a) self defense training, (b) following both local and international competition and tournament, (c) perjusami program, and 3) school strategies in building students' spiritual intelligence are through (a) noon prayer in congregation, b) Islamic spiritual activity, c) dzikir and syukuran.
This study aims to determine user satisfaction with alumni performance in terms of: (1) integrity; (2) expertise according to the field of experts; (3) ability to utilize technology; (4) communication skills; (5) ability to teamwork; and (6) self-development. This research used the quantitative study with the explanatory research type. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique with a percentage formula. The results showed that user satisfaction with alumni performance in terms of: (1) integrity is in the good category;(2) expertise according to the field of science is in the good category; (3) the ability to use information technology is in the good category; (4) communication skills are in the good category; (5) the ability of teamwork is in the good category; and (6) self-development is in the very good category.
Vocational High School principals have vital competencies in developing their infrastructure, teachers, and students to ensure the graduates have sufficient ability in entrepreneurship and provide products/services in a production unit. To achieve these aims and generate profit, the entrepreneurial instinct of the principal is essential. The purposes of this study were (1) mapping the entrepreneurial potential of school principals, (2) mapping school resource and area resource that can be developed as an income-generating, and (3) designing a model for developing the entrepreneurial competence of school principals to optimize the income-generating production/service units of public vocational high schools in Tomini Bay area. This study has conducted three stages to create an appropriate developing model for an income-generating production/service unit optimization, namely, planning, implementation, and monitoring-evaluation. The result was that the entrepreneurial potential of vocational high school principals in Tomini Gulf area is in good category. This indicates that the principals demonstrated good entrepreneurial competencies in terms of creativity, innovation, motivation, diligence, and finding solutions.
