Berkembangnya sumber daya manusia diupayakan untuk menjadi tenaga kerja yang profesional, karena menjadi sumber roda penggerak kegiatan operasional sebuah perusahaan. Kehadiran sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu sumber yang sangat berpengaruh dan istimewa. Keistimewaan yang terdapat adalah karakter dan kinerja yang berbeda – beda. Perbedaan karakter bisa menjadi tolak ukur dalam penilaian hasil kinerja dan tanggung jawab. Pada saat peneliti melakukan praktik dikapal MV. URMILA, kapal sedang anchor di Jakarta, terdapat perbedaan karakter yang di miliki masing – masing crew. Oleh sebab itu peneliti mengambil judul pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja crew kapal di bawah managament PT.APOL. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif yakni analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS, dengan membagikan kuisioner dengan jumlah 82 responden yang mana kapal-kapalnya berada di bawah management PT. APOL. Didapatkan hasil dari perhitungan regresi yakni indikator Karakteristik Individu terhadap kinerja crew kapal dibawah management PT.APOL dengan sumbangan efektif berpengaruh sebesar 34,0% dan indikator komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja crew kapal dibawah management PT.APOL sebesar 8,8%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karakteristik individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan pengaruh karakteristik individu dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja crew kapal di bawah management PT.APOL.
Coastal villages have different characteristics from villages in rural areas. This difference is not only on the geographical-ecological aspect, but also on economic and socio-cultural characteristics. Geographically, coastal villages are on the border between land and sea. Geographical-ecological conditions of coastal villages affect economic activities in them. Economic activities in coastal villages are characterized by activities in the utilization of coastal environmental resources and services. Economic activities include fisheries, trade, maritime tourism, and transportation This study seeks to study the application of tough coastal development programs as an effort to build an oriented coastal region to facilitate the economic activities of villages in coastal areas that are expected to reduce the poverty rate of coastal communities in the middle of the city. This study uses a qualitative research design using descriptive methods that intend to explain how the phenomenon of resilient coastal village development and coastal area development as an effort to reduce the number of coastal communities in Central Java province by using purposive sampling sampling techniques and research samples taken in coastal communities The results of the north coast of Java and cilacap districts were as follows: that the implementation of the strong Coastal Village Development Program in the coastal communities of Central Java showed that the three focuses of development activities had been carried out properly. The development activities are resource development, environmental / infrastructure development, and disaster preparedness development. While activities that are not carried out are human development and business development. Tujuan spesifik penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness, dan Attitude toward using terhadap Actual usage peserta penilaian Training Record Book dalam menggunaan aplikasi pendaftaran berbasis online secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel peserta penilaian Training Record Book sebanyak 100 taruna dari tingkat Akademi maupun dari tingkat SMK Pelayaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap Attitude toward using, semakin mudah penggunaan suatu aplikasi, maka merubah sikap pengguna untuk tertarik menggunakannya. (2) Perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Attitude toward using, semakin bermanfaat suatu aplikasi dalam mempercepat sebuah proses pekerjaan maka merubah sikap pengguna untuk tertarik menggunakannya. (3) Perceives ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Actual usage, semakin mudah penggunaan suatu aplikasi, maka pengguna tertarik meningkatkan frekuensi penggunaan sebagai rasa puas pengguna untuk menyampaikan rasa puasnya terhadap orang lain. (4) Perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Actual usage, semakin bermanfaat suatu aplikasi dalam mempercepat sebuah proses pekerjaan maka membawa pengguna untuk tertarik meningkatkan frekuensi penggunaan. (5) Attitude toward using berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Actual usage, semakin positif sikapnya dalam penggunaan suatu aplikasi, maka membawa pengguna untuk tertarik meningkatkan frekuensi penggunaan.
This study aims to investigate the impact of mastery goal orientation (MGO) and self-directed learning (SDL) on academic performance via academic self-efficacy (ASE). As a learning medium, computer-based training (CBT) attempts to boost student confidence. The study used a quantitative approach, with 142 merchant marine school students serving as participants. The questionnaire was used as a research tool to collect data. To assess and measure variable relationships, research data was examined using structural equation modeling. According to the findings of the study, MGO and SDL have a direct impact on ASE and academic achievement. The study revealed that ASE mediated MGO and SDL in relation to academic achievement. Individual ambition to acquire information and competence results in ASE, which indicated students' confidence. CBT allows students to broaden their learning interests. SDL and CBT complement each other in a mutually beneficial way. CBT is a learning tool; nevertheless, without SDL, it will be ineffective in improving academic achievement. SDL without CBT is less effective since students are unable to explore a broader range of information and expertise. When students use CBT as a learning medium, they frequently study and practice, gaining more knowledge and expertise. CBT is thought to be an effective learning medium for increasing student academic confidence and performance.
Tujuan spesifik penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Adversity Intelligency taruna peserta ujian keahlian pelaut dan motivasi belajar taruna peserta ujian keahlian pelaut terhadap kesiapan belajar baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel taruna peserta ujian keahlian pelaut pra prala jurusan nautika sebanyak 62 taruna. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) adversity itelligency berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan belajar, (2) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan belajar, (3) Adversity Intelligency berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar, (4) Adversity Intelligency dan motivasi belajar secara bersama berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan belajar.
