This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment (X) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Budi Anugrah Bersama. The approach taken is quantitative and type of research (explanatory research). The population and sample in the study were 61 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Likert scale variables are examined. The questionnaire was tested with a validity test and a reliability test. Data processing using SPSS version 21.0, analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing with simple linear regression.The validity test results for the working environment are valid because r > 0.3 and the reliability test shows reliable because of alpha cronboarch> 0.6. Normality test is obtained at 0.05 and it is said that the data is normally distributed and on the normal line the plot shows the point of the graph spreading around the diagonal line and following the diagonal line.The conclusion of this study has a significant effect on the work environment by 72% on the performance of employees at PT.Budi Anugrah Bersama.Keywords: Working Environment, Employee Performance

Satu perspektif menekankan pada subjek yang diajarkan dan perspektif lainnya menekankan pada siswa. Perspektif yang pertama memandang kurikulum sebagai wujud dari konten atau materi subjek yang mengarah pada prestasi belajar tertentu atau produk. Perspektif yang kedua mendefinisikan kurikulum sebagai kebutuhan dan minat siswa. Perspektif ini lebih mementingkan pada proses, yaitu bagaimana siswa mengembangkan kemampuannya untuk memperoleh pengetahuan baru. Laporan OECD (2015) dalam Bukunya “Review on National Policy for Education Education in Indonesia, Rising and to Challenge”, antara lain menegaskan bahwa setiap negara di dunia berupaya keras untuk memajukan masyarakatnya melalui peningkatan akses dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan, termasuk akses dan mutu pendidikan tinggi.

<p><em>This research is aimed to develop biology learning materials in Junior High School for plants movement topic to increase students’ achievement and self-directed through Science Process Skill approach. This is development research refers to Kemp’s development model. The learning kit is taught in SMPN 1 Blega Bangkalan Madura for 28 students grade VIII employing science process skill approach. The research design uses One Group Pretest-Posttest and data is analyzed with the qualitative descriptive method. This research reveals that the implementation of learning kit is 83%, dominant student’s activities in 1st and 2nd learning process are observing (22% - 24%), most of the students have positive responses which are indicated by 99% of students expressing their like, the result of students’ learning mastery satisfies the classical criteria for 86%, the rate of students self-directed varies from 55,56% to 83,32%.
