These days, businesses are conscious that they cannot carry on without being aware of environmental problems. Firms generally face more limited natural resources, and must develop new or alternative ways of marketing. This is how green marketing comes into view, as it looks at how marketing activities utilize those limited resources while satisfying consumers' wants― both of individuals and industry― as well as achieving the organization's objectives. The general purpose of this study is to discuss the impact of green marketing strategies on green consumer behaviour in Jordan. This study used the quantitative method to gather accessible data from the study sample. The variables present in this study are marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion), and green consumer behaviour. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach as a statistical method was used to analyse the data. The population of the study is 2000 daytime visitors of a traditional day in two Amman malls, from which a sample of 500 randomly distributed questionnaires was analysed, according to 32 items. Results indicated that three out of four variables had a statistically significant relationship to green consumer behaviour. The exception was for the green price factor, which did not show a discernible statistical impact.
This study attempts to identify the impact of system quality and information quality on crisis management in Jordanian mobile telecommunication companies. A survey method was applied through a questionnaire. Zain, Orange and Umniah are Jordanian mobile telecommunications companies that are working in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. A sample of 80 managers participated in this study. The data was analyzed by a descriptive statistics method using the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS). The results showed a strong statistical significant effect of system quality and information quality on crisis management in the targeted telecommunication companies. The study concluded that 85.3 % of the variation in crisis management are explained by both (system quality & information quality) This is an high percentage which illustrates the importance of (system quality & information quality) and their impact on crisis management. The study recommends paying more attention and focus on studying the different factors of quality measurement in information systems and their impact on crisis management.
The field of business intelligence and crisis management currently became have become important issues that organization should be concerned about. The aims of the research is to identify the concepts of business intelligence (BI) and crisis management and review the importance of business intelligence in business organizations through the following independent variables (data source - data stores - specialized data - analytical processing- Data and data mining) and its impact on the crisis management stages ( pre-crisis phase, during the crisis phase and post-crisis phase) in the Jordanian telecommunications companies. The study population consisted of employees of the Jordanian telecommunications companies. A simple random sample was selected, to whom (130) questionnaires were distributed and 120 questionnaires were retrieved. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach (SPSS as statistical analysis). The research concluded that there is a positive significant impact between business intelligence and management crisis in the Jordanian business organizations. This indicates to the interest of these organizations in the tools of business intelligence, especially with regard to the analytical processing of data based on a secure and integrated system in the work environment to manage organization crises.
This research aims to identify obstacles to the use of blended e-learning in Al-Balqa Applied University through the viewpoint of faculty members. This research also aims at finding out the constraints that this type of e-learning and finding appropriate solutions for these constraints in the future. The results of this research will also offer proposals and recommendations that will increase the effectiveness of this type of e-learning. Furthermore, the research also aims to find out the best method of training faculty members on how to use blended e-learning.The study used a descriptive analytical through the review of the literature on the subject of the study to determine the factors influencing the phenomenon of study. A questioner was then developed to collect the necessary data. After analysis, the results showed that the constraints relating to the University support cited the most relating to faculty members. This was followed by constraints involving students and finally constraints related to infrastructure were ranked last. Training and workshops were shown to be the best methods to develop skills for e-learning systems for faculty members.One of the main recommendations of this study was there needs to be attractive incentives for faculty members to be motivated and provide introductory course in e-learning for students. and provide adequate support for content development and the involvement of faculty members in designing the content and Exchange of experience between faculty members in the University with the support of the Ministry of higher education, and Increase the number of laboratories dedicated to blended e-learning that is available to students outside lecture times.'
