The study aimed to understand the impact of the five Kaizen success measurements (organizational policy and awareness, education and training, cultural factors, internal processes assessment and recognition) on the overall quality of work and the quality through by employees work improvement as mediated factor on insurance companies in Amman. The study used a questionnaire to gather data from distributed on the 200 employees used random sample was applied to the population of this study consisting of all executives, department managers and employees of the insurance companies in Amman, Jordan. The questionnaire consists of three sections. Least square-structure equation modeling (PLS-SEM) program was chosen and used in this study in an effort to examine and test the data associated with the hypotheses. The results show Kaizen methods positively effect on the employee work improvement of the companies of. The kaizen implement employee work improvement positively effect on overall work and quality of service, Kaizen implementation positively affects overall work and quality of service, Employee work improvement on overall work and quality of service is partially mediated between kaizen implementation and on overall work and quality of service of Insurance companies in Jordan. Additionally, small companies can use Kaizen to enhance the overall work with low cost compared to other methods of improvement, which can be of a high cost that small companies cannot afford.
The field of business intelligence and crisis management currently became have become important issues that organization should be concerned about. The aims of the research is to identify the concepts of business intelligence (BI) and crisis management and review the importance of business intelligence in business organizations through the following independent variables (data source - data stores - specialized data - analytical processing- Data and data mining) and its impact on the crisis management stages ( pre-crisis phase, during the crisis phase and post-crisis phase) in the Jordanian telecommunications companies. The study population consisted of employees of the Jordanian telecommunications companies. A simple random sample was selected, to whom (130) questionnaires were distributed and 120 questionnaires were retrieved. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach (SPSS as statistical analysis). The research concluded that there is a positive significant impact between business intelligence and management crisis in the Jordanian business organizations. This indicates to the interest of these organizations in the tools of business intelligence, especially with regard to the analytical processing of data based on a secure and integrated system in the work environment to manage organization crises.
This study intends to distinguish the green productivity concepts, its strategy and the roadmap of its implementation throughout the adaption of green products, green production, and green innovation process dimensions. Further, it studies the impact of green productivity on environmental sustainability by identifying the mediating role of the management support to these green practices in the Jordanian factories. Methodology population of this study en-tails industry mining firms listed in the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE). A purposive sample was adapted in this study and consisted of specialized employees in terms of operating factories in general and in green production specifically. 100 questionnaires were precisely collected and analyzed via Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) statistics in order to analysis the mediation role. The study results point out a statistically significant impact of the independent variables, namely, the green productivity on environmental sustainability as a dependent variable in the existence of the mediating variable. Further, the results demonstrate the partial mediating effect of the dependent variable. However, there is no mediating effect of the independent to the mediator variable. Accordingly, the study recommends companies to concentrate on the roles played by the top management in the efforts towards green productivity adoption and strategic implementation in the Jordanian environment. The implementation of green productivity is considered at the early stages in Jordan. Thus, the value of the study lies in the search for issues that are eco-friendly practices.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of lean six sigma and the quality of the product and manufacturing process. Further, its focus on understanding the impact on the defect, over production, Motion, Waiting time, through the role of Manufacturing Process on quality of products. The study applied the questionnaire, which was adapted from past literature. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 180 respondents, and the number of returned items was 142. The study applied a purposive sample that (employee) hold positions related to quality management, production, research and development (R&D) at Jordanian food industry. The data analysis was performed using Statistical procedures being used several methods were used, including the exploratory analysis, the global empirical analysis, the Cronbach alpha analysis, Impact coefficients (beta), and the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, multiple regression, to test moderating hypothesis the Process macro analyses. Accordingly, and based on a multiple regression analysis, the alternative hypothesis is adopted, concluding that the elements of lean six sigma influence the consistency of the goods excluding the variables of motion and waiting time from the respondent's point of view. As a consequence of the manufacturing process, the relationship between the lean six sigma variable and the quality of the product has a positive moderation effect.
This study has been conducted to investigate the relationship between the supply chain management (SCM) activities and operational performance through testing the mediating factor strategic agility in (16) pharmaceutical companies listed on Amman stock exchange in Jordan Which is considered one of the most important industrial sectors, where the nature of the work and the problems faced in the performance of supply chain were identified the reasons for the delay of the logistical orders of raw materials they need from suppliers, and found that there is a missing link between partners and is the proportion of obtaining the necessary information from suppliers to complete operations Streamlined and easy production. In terms of identifying the activities of supply chain management as the most important factors supporting the best practices of SCM in pharmaceutical companies (i.e. Alliances with suppliers, Customer Relation Management, Logistic, flow Information and knowledge sharing). The study population consisted of all the executives and directors of departments, sections and employee specialized in SCM in pharmaceutical companies, and a simple random sample was chosen from pharmaceutical companies to conduct a field survey using a tool, a questionnaire, of which 150 were distributed and 139 were retrieved. In addition, a number of statistical techniques have been used for data analysis; such as statistical analysis package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and AMOS, which depends on Structure Equation Modeling approach because of the presence one variable, as well as for the reason of examining the importance of the track. Based on the results of the statistical analysis, it was concluded that there is an impact of the independent variable managing the supply chain on operational performance, but in terms of the intermediate variable, the results showed that the relationship is partial in terms of the strategic agility variable through Path Analysis.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
