ABSTRAKEceng gondok (Eichornia crassipes) adalah tumbuhan air mengapung yang berkembang sangat cepat sehingga dianggap merusak lingkungan perairan. Anggapan negatif lainnya adalah tanaman tersebut menjadi salah satu penyebab banjir. Saat ini mitra Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Alkaromah di Cililin, Bandung telah memanfaatkan eceng gondok untuk kerajinan tas. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang terjadi, seperti permasalahan kurang praktisnya manajemen pembuatan tas berbahan eceng gondok; mulai dari proses pencabutan, pengeringan, pemilihan, pembelahan, dan penganyaman. Manajemen tidak praktis ini menyebabkan hasil pekerjaan terlalu memakan waktu sehingga terlambat memenuhi permintaan pasar. Tim pelaksana IbM menyarankan mitra untuk membuat mesin kempa agar proses pemanfaatan eceng gondok berjalan lancar dan produktif. Pelaksanaan IbM ini bertujuan meningkatkan mutu manajemen usaha untuk memperlancar proses pengeringan dan penganyaman eceng gondok. Pemakaian mesin kempa tersebut menghasilkan dampak signifikan; proses pengeringan dan penganyaman tidak lagi memakan waktu lama, dan hasil anyaman mulai terlihat peningkatkan kualitasnya. Tim pelaksana IbM dan mitra membahas pangsa pasar untuk dijadikan sasaran marketing dari produk yang dihasilkan dalam meningkatkan keuntungan. Selain itu, dibahas pula upaya pembuatan Hak Paten untuk memperoleh perlindungan hukum negara. Ini merupakan langkah preventif untuk mencegah pihak lain melakukan pengakuan karya.Kata kunci: eceng gondok, IbM, kerajinan tas, PKBM Al-Karomah ABSTRACTWater hyacinth (Eichornia crassipes) is floating aquatic plant that reproduces very fast so it is assumed to damage aquatic environment. Other negative assumptions about the plant are that it can cause the flood. Fortunately, there is now a partner, PKBM (Center of Adult Education Activities) Alkaromah in Cililin, Bandung who has already utilized the plants to be bag craft. However, there are several obstacles faced by the partner. The problems are the lack of practical management of bags manufacture made from water hyacinth; started the process of revocation, drying, selection, splitting and weaving. The impractical management also leads to the results of work that are too time-consuming so it is late in answering market demands. Based on the situation, we as the Executive Team of IbM has assisted the Partner to make pressing machine to facilitate the utilization of water hyacinth to be bag craft. The IbM implementation aims to improve the quality of business management and expedite the process of drying and weaving water hyacinth by saving much time. Consequently, the pressing machine has produced significant impacts; the process of drying and weaving hyacinth no longer takes a long time and the results show the quality improvement. To increase the maximum benefit, the Executive Team and Partner also discuss the market share of products. Education era 4.0 requires output that has top 10 skills 2020. One of the strategies needed in era 4.0 education is a Self Access Center (SAC) that focuses on children's self reliance in learning in elementary school. SAC is one of exploration of children's reliance independently in developing capabilities needed in the industrial era 4.0. The purpose of this study was to describe the reliance of children in learning an elementary school through a SAC in developing top 10 skills 2020. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative. The results of the analysis show that the SAC can contribute. This is indicated by the achievement of the SAC has reached seven out of ten top skills, namely sense making, social intelegence, cross cultural competency, novel and adaptive thinking, transdiciplinary, computational thinking, and new media literacy and to be able to adjust to top 10 skills 2020 a better strategy is needed to achieve 10 skills with cognitive load management, design mindset and virtual collaboration.
Online Career Guidance Services Using Google Class Room and Google Meet for Student Career Independence at YUPPI Soreang Madrasah Aliyah 2020/2021 Academic Year. This study aims to find out how the Implementation, Response and Barriers of Career Guidance services using the Google Class Room and Google Meet applications towards the career independence of students at Madrasah Aliyah YUPPI Soreang Academic Year 2020/2021. The counselee's independence development service which is the basis of the service, guides students in developing the counselee's talents and abilities. The stage of service implementation is to prepare services and mediap applications that will be used in service delivery. Conducted in the form of a service that uses a reality approach, data collection is carried out using qualitative descriptive research. Conducted in 5 meetings, covering four stages of implementation consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted at Madasah Aliyah YUPPI Soreang. The results showed an increase in changes in student behavior activities to become more independent. These results show that online Career Guidance Services using Google Classroom and Google Meet towards student career independence at MA YUPPI Soreang for the 2020/2021 Academic Year have become more independent than before.Keywords: Career Guidance, GoogleClassroom and Meet Applications, Career Independence
The purpose of this study is to determine group guidance services in increasing student self-confidence. This research method uses literature review method from previous research. The subjects of this study are some of the results of previous research which are in accordance with the variables discussed in this research. From the results of research group guidance services can be used as an effort to increase student self-confidence, this is evidenced by a change in the subject after the implementation of group guidance (previous literature review). Based on the results of the study that had been done, it was found that through the group guidance technique the students' self-confidence began to build. This can be seen from the increased students' understanding of the rules in life and increased confidence in themselves regarding the ways that can be done in solving each problem.
